992 C2S. Best performance car I’ve ever drivin. Can’t think of any negatives. People complain about the price but 100,000 for a suv or loaded pickup is ok. Took years to finally acquire this car , happy it finally became a reality.

The car is perfect. Looks fabulous, handles magnificently, is solid and fast. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with it. Oh’ it is a cabriolet and is perfect for the Texas climate. No additional comments needed.

2015 Porsche 911 review
What can you say about any 911? The one I test drove was the S. It’s just the perfect sports car. Light, just enough power to go fast, not overwhelming. Comfortable, quiet, composed at any speed. The soft top is so quiet. Almost like a regular top. With the top down, you can still hold a somewhat normal conversation at highway speeds. Just the perfect car for a cruise or fast run on a sunny day.

2023 Porsche 911 review
What can I say, the benchmark of sports cars. I have a 4S Cabrio. I chose the 4 as I like all-wheel-drive, even in Florida. Better grip. The S also has more horsepower. Build quality and fit and finish our superb. The ultimate sports car without all the problems of the Italian cars. You’d be hard to find a car with better handling and Performance. The look is timeless. There’s no mistake at what you’re looking at when you see a Porsche. Great car.

2023 Porsche 911 review
This is my 3rd Porsche and this time I chose the 911 T. I wanted a xxxxx to the wall driving experience in the Smokie Mountains near my home. The T does not disappoint. It performs flawlessly. It hugs the corners -I can easily take 25 mph at 50 mph or more in perfect control. The engine/weight ratio gives more power than can ever be realistically used even if you have a long stretch that is police free. Overall it is a thrill to drive, the cabin is comfortable without being fussy and it growls like a caged tiger with the sport exhaust.

2005 Porsche 911 review
I purchased and held car for 4 years. After I purchased the car it needed many things, water pump failed, brake lines, alternator failed, motor mounts failed, cup holders snapped in all I spent about $15,000.00 on it in 4 years on a well cared for car with about 40k miles on it. It’s not cheap to keep up and I did not overpay for repairs at the dealer. It’s a great car however it’s going to cost you to keep it up properly. All the while you own it you will have fun when it’s not in the shop. Every time you hear a noise you wonder what is next and how much will it cost. This is a car for owners with disposable income, time, an extra car and a good local Porsche specialist.

2004 Porsche 911 review
I spend about $1000-$2000 each year on maintenance. One may consider that high, but I purchased a 911 C4S car for $35,000; the MSRP was $93,000 in 2004. The vehicle has appreciated since 2019, and now, with such a detailed service history over the years, it could sell for $40,000. So you either pay in depreciation or maintenance, and though I may be a stickler for maintenance, it keeps the value stable. I could have gotten a new Camry for $35,000, but it would be worth about $15,000 now and less fun. Next car I will jump up to a 2012 to 2015 Porsche. You can't go wrong if you get the right model, rare options, and even rare colors. Number one is having complete maintenance records; don't buy one without them.

After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

Too much electronics. Complicated controls. Computer software updates required. Performance is spectacular. Classic look. Fit and finish very good. Fun to drive. A little pricey.

Words do not do it justice. This car is simply stunning visually, growls delightfully, and it's a dream to drive, incredibly responsive and shifts so smoothly. Last year my wife and I decided to look for a convertible to recapture the days of when we first started dating in 1987 when she had a 1982 Fiat Spyder 2000 convertible. We traded that in 2004 on a BMW 330Xi. We had a pretty sweet deal lined up on a 2008 BMW Z4 until the day before we went to pick it up and found out the dealer sold it from under us. What could have really sucked turned into a golden opportunity: we chanced upon a 2001 Boxster S with 59,000 original miles. We have not regretted the decision one bit. Yes, the ergonomics are somewhat dated compared to today and it's not the latest and greatest technology, but we bought it to drive, not to be distracted with all sorts of gizmos. (I'm employed as a Sales representative at a local Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep Dealer for over 35 years. I'm exposed to all the technology). This little Bavarian bomber is an absolute blast to drive; comfortable, quick, sticks to the road like burnt eggs to a cast iron frying pan, and turns heads everywhere. It's capable of 160+ mph, but the right road at 55 mph brings grins all the time. We just went for a weekend trip with it and had no problem with room for our luggage, a tote bag, and a small soft-sided cooler. And as an added bonus, we took it through the famed Hawk's Nest Highway on Route 97 north of Port Jervis, NY. Wonderful to drive, comfortable even after a couple hours, fuel-efficient (except when I play with the Tiptronic on a twisty road), and so far, dead-bolt reliable. So I didn't get my 911 Turbo; the Boxster S is a more than welcome consolation prize. You owe it to yourself. P.S- My wife drives it more than I do!
