Amazing service department! My car had a complex problem and they did an super job Staff was professional and very nice! Would highly recommend. They had good communication throughout the process.
2014 Porsche 911 review
This car is a rocket on 4 wheels. The PDK transmission shifts very quickly with no lag or delay in torque. In fact the torque seems to increase in addition to achieving great gas mileage. That's a formidable task compared to other performance cars. The car does sit low to the ground so if you have bad knees or hips then it might not be a good fit for you.

Hendrick Porsche review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my first Porsche Macan from Hendrick Porsche Charlotte, and a huge part of that was thanks to Greg Bancroft. Greg was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. As a first-time Porsche buyer, I had plenty of questions, and Greg took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. Greg’s attention to detail and commitment to customer service made what can often be a stressful experience feel exciting and seamless. The Macan I purchased was exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
2018 Porsche 911 review
Owning a GT3 has been a great adventure. It's an exhilarating car and well worth the money. It's exciting and fast but not too crazy and doesn't get too much attention which I prefer. My only complain would be about the comfort, but you're not buying this car for that.

Hendrick Porsche review
I was enormously impressed by the staff at Hendrick Porsche. I recently purchased a 2025 Porsche Cayenne Coupe and needed to schedule a service appointment. When I called the service center, I spoke with Jacob Walker. My service consultant was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to speak with regarding the service needs for my vehicle. Mr. Walker assured me that he could accommodate my schedule, which I greatly appreciated, as I have a very busy schedule. He was extremely flexible and helpful throughout the process. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Mikayla McElroy, a service consultant, who was the first person I spoke with upon entering. Mikayla was very professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic about helping me with my needs. I informed her that I had previously spoken with Jacob and wanted to come in personally to discuss scheduling my appointment further. While visiting the dealership, I also received excellent customer service from Andrew Mueller. I found Andrew to be very personable, professional, and attentive. He met me in the reception area, assisted me promptly, and brought me my keys. Additionally, I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric Don Jordan, who informed me about the dealership’s monthly Cars and Coffee event and kindly invited me to attend with friends and family. It sounded like a wonderful event and further demonstrated the welcoming atmosphere of the dealership. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by everyone at the dealership. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond expectations and truly made me feel valued as a customer. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing outstanding customer service. I would like this recognition to be escalated to corporate leadership and the ownership of the dealership so these employees can be acknowledged for the exceptional job they are doing. Their dedication to customer care reflects very positively on the Porsche brand. Thank you to the entire team at Porsche Independence for providing such an outstanding experience. I look forward to returning soon to book my service appointment and continuing my relationship with your dealership. 2025 Porsche 911 review
My 2025 911 GTS T Hybrid with 4-wheel drive was one of the first delivered to the U:S. The car is surprisingly fast, and it is virtually impossible to tell it is a hybrid. Acceleration is very linear and the handling is on a par with its power. Instrument layout is far superior to the 992.1 models, and the digital tachometer, which I was concerned about, is actually very acceptable.

2018 Porsche 911 review
After 911 turbos, and then having Cayman S's, I knew I wanted a 911 NA. A GT3 version seemed to fit the bill, but I could not find any to test drive. I bought a 2018 sight unseen and when it was delivered to my house, and drove it, is when I realized: you don't know until you know. There's a reason why Chris Harris can have any car he wants, and test drives all cars, and chooses a GT3 for himself. It is quick, not as fast as a turbo, but it screams like a banshee when getting up to 9k rpms. The experience is what sells this car. It is endearing and I will not let it go. No car ADD when it comes to the GT3. After years of ownership, it has not had a single issue. Definitely recommend.

I bought my 2021 GT4 in January of 2021 and have put 14,500 miles on it since them. I have tracked it at Mid-Ohio, Pitt Race and Nelson Ledges. We have driven to California and Florida from NE Ohio. I am 69 years old and find the car to be quite comfortable for long distance trips. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? YES!

2021 Porsche 718 Cayman review
Bought this baby used with just 4700 miles on it. Mine is the 6-speed manual version, 4.0L NA flat 6. I LOVE IT!!! This car is so much fun to drive. I work from home so don't have a daily commute, but it's a blast around town and on weekends. Not sure I'd love it as a daily, with a longer commute or in traffic - but that's not my situation - and we have 2 other cars in the family for daily commuting and road trips (Tesla 3 & Audi Q7). Get one as a 2nd or 3rd vehicle and it'll put a smile on your face every time!

2022 Porsche 718 Cayman review
I researched 911 vs 718 for almost two years. I drove a Carrera 4S at PECATL and loved it, but I wanted to keep my budget lower. A base 911, while a great car, just did not live up to the 718's nimbleness with its mid-mounted engine. I was lucky with my find - a GTS 4.0 It drives perfectly. The storage is ample enough for a large check-in suitcase up front. You also have the rear trunk. This can be a great daily driver with next-to-nothing for maintenance aside from regular oil changes and routine maintenance check-ups. I've put close to 4k miles and it is a special occasion each time I get in.

Absolutely amazing to work with. I purchased from 180 miles away and Niko at HBi auto was fantastic to work with. It might be a bit off the beaten path but it is a hidden gem. You can tell this place is 100% about the passion first. Thank you for a great purchase experience on my Porsche Cayman!
2007 Porsche 911 review
Porsche was my dream car and have owned the 2007 911 Carrera S for many years. It is everything I desired in a car. Smooth, fast, reliable and beautiful Black with Black interior and manual shift. I have owned two Corvettes, an MGB and Pontiac GTO, but the Porsche 911 is a keeper.

I just talked to a rep on the phone so I can't review the entire dealership. After a couple of misses they got mr in touch w/ a knowledgeable person who was not pushy.
2008 Porsche 911 review
Owned a corvette, a viper, the 911 and the boxster. I’d say the boxster s was a bit more fun to drive, and like both porsches equally for different reasons. Test drove BMWs on multiple occasions, never liked any of them. Test drove a couple of ferraris, a bit too small and expensive. Same for the NSX. Bought it 2 years old and got a great price. The targa 4s that I currently have, has some nice 911 features, including the large retractable roof, and the pop up rear window, for easy access to the back seat.

2014 Porsche 911 review
I have had 7 Porsches and assorted other 'exotic' cars over the years includinga Lamborghini Miura, Mercedes CLS 550 Biturbo V8 , 1973 Pantera, Ferarri 348, TVR, BMW's, and others, including a 1969 Camaro Z28 that i still drive with a big grin! My 2014 Carrera 911S Cabriolet is by far my favorite Plenty of power, responsive, luxurious, and just a kick in the rear to drive anywhere. Just driving to the store is a fun experience! For me, at 76, It is the perfectly balanced sports car that is capable of taking my breath away! And I drive it hard when conditions permit! Truly a wonderful high performance sports car of the first order! I couldn't be happier than behind the wheel of my 911 S Cab!

We worked with Niko at HBi Auto to buy our 2021 GT4. If I had to sum up working with Niko and HBi is they are easy to business with and customer centric. Niko is knowledgeable about Porsche without coming across condescending. While his job is to sell cars he is passionate about Porsche and the other brands they carry. Which just made the whole experience enjoyable and low stress. Buying a Porsche or any other brand of vehicle should be a fun and a low stress experience. That is what you will find with the team at HBi Auto
2018 Porsche 911 review
I am a current (very pleased) 2016 Porsche Cayenne owner and a previous owner of a 2007 Porsche 911 Cabriolet. My new Porsche 911 Cabriolet is a wonderful addition to my garage. Top notch performance, quality, engineering and comfort...it is truly an extraordinary vehicle that I plan to keep for a long time.

This dealership did an amazing job providing me a virtual tour of their service area and the vehicle I was interested in! Was a great experience.
2006 Porsche 911 review
Owner of Porsche's since my first purchase new in 1970. 12 registered to me and another 20 or so I bought, drove on dealer plate when I was in used car business.M y 2006 997.1 Carrera 4 Cab with 30k on the odometer is one of the most dialed in cars I have driven. PASM along with the AWD helps keep this one glued to the road. The 4 is Wider than a 2 the S is not necessary. All season road runner. Top down warm weather, AWD for the rest. 😎

2008 Porsche 911 review
Great car but there is no "general owners manual" -just the communications and quick reference guides. Porsche's on-line manual is in Chinese??? Really? Hopefully I won't need the manual often but a nice to have.
