Porsche Annapolis review
The service was outstanding at Annapolis Porsche. We had our Certified Preowned Macan for 8 days when the car said there was low tire pressure in the right rear wheel. We discovered a screw near the sidewall. I called Annapolis and spoke with Jamie Wist. He said to bring the car in as soon as we could get there. All told, from discovering the damaged tire to getting my Macan back was less than 3 hours. We couldn't have asked for better results. The customer service reps, the tech and Jamie were all very attentive and friendly. The video of the service was unexpected, but very cool! Although our Macan was purchased elsewhere, we will be bringing it to Annapolis for service. Highly recommend them.

2018 Porsche Macan review
Purchased as a CPO. So far it is fantastic. Performance, Styling, fit and finish are as expected in a Porsche. Reliability will be a measure moving forward. So far for a 5 year old car with under 50K miles it is like new. Time will tell if it develops the good ole German oil leaks (I’ve yet to own an Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, and VW that didn’t leak oil as it got older.)

2023 Porsche Macan review
Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I mentioned that I had been researching vehicles at other dealerships for a few months. I outlined my preferences, and Suvin assured me that they had the model I was interested in. He encouraged me to take a walk around and explore the various vehicles in stock, which was crucial for me in deciding on the right color. After an hour of browsing, I sat down with Suvin to discuss the different packages. Suvin demonstrated exceptional patience, knowledge, and responsiveness, addressing all my questions and concerns about the basic model and the packages. He even pointed out important considerations when choosing certain packages. I felt we reached a fair price, but I decided to revisit one of the other dealerships I had previously discussed with before making a final decision. Ultimately, I chose to purchase my vehicle from BMW of Rockville. Throughout our discussions, I never felt pressured, and the entire financing process was seamless. 2023 Porsche Cayenne review

2016 Porsche Cayenne review

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.
