I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

From start to finish my experience was Simply Awesome!! I was referred to the dealership by a friend, he said to ask for Chris, and he will take care of everything. Chris Robinson answered all of my questions, he was very attentive to what I said I wanted in a vehicle and what I didn't want. He even took detailed notes to make sure he got it right! He showed me several vehicles that fit exactly what I was looking for which gave me the freedom of choice to select the best car for me. The finance manager and owner both spoke with me personally and listened to every concern I had and addressed them promptly. At the end of my transaction I had spoken to just about every key player in the dealership and I felt like I was surrounded by good people, that was interested in my needs and not a sale. Bought it at 40k miles no issues so far. Over 100k now. I have the ram boxes on the sides for my everyday tools, spacey crew cab seats. 4wd, loud alpine speakers. I average 17 mpg. I recently had a base model 2014 ram that went over 170k miles and all I ever did was change the oil (synthetic) every 5k miles. Not 1 issue. Never had any problems with my ram trucks.

I called to make an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change with Hall Hyundai, where I purchased my vehicle. I was told the earliest appointment would be July 20, 2023. I stated that date would be a month after my state inspection would have expired. I asked if they could check with Hall Chevrolet, next door, for an earlier appointment. They checked and I got an appointment the same day for 11:00 AM. Amazing! Unbelievable. I dopped my vehicle off at 10:00 AM with Adam Jones. By 11:10 AM, I received a text message stating my vehicle had been inspected, along with a video of the inspection and a detail report with recommended services I should consider having done. I selected a service I wanted to be done all from my cell phone. It was quick and easy. Within less than two hours later, I received another text message stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was by far the best experience I have received from a service department in quite a while. Great communication through texting! Thank you, Hall Chevrolet and Adam for taking care of me today.

Great Customer Service, Ash took answered all my questions before coming in. The test drive process was smooth. Purchase didn't take more than 45 min.
