2019 RAM 1500 review
I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. My wife is super happy with the Crosstrek we got, thank you Tyler and Jake!

I've been buying cars for 19+ years and this was the best dealership experience I've ever had. In total, I've bought approximately 15 cars in that time period so that shows you how many dealerships I've been to. So what is the reason why I liked my experience here so much? Well, it's because I felt like they were real people and not con artists. They actually to talk to me like a human being. They were upfront and honest with me (to the best of my knowledge). They gave me extra parts for the car that I bought and even through and two T-shirts. It seems to be a family owned and run the right way. I spoke to the owner who is very friendly and kind for way longer than I needed to. I had already bought the car and yet I hung around to chit chat about cars with him. It was a good time. There was some very minor haggling on the price of the vehicle I purchased as well as my trade-in but it was way better than what I've experienced in the past . If they were actually closer to where I live I would gladly go back for all of my future car purchases. I still may do that anyway despite being over 120 miles away .

Unexpectedly Surprised! Jim, aka Turk, the 2nd generation owner of Diamond Jim’s is a 10 out of 10 and if the scale was out of 100, he would be a 100 out 100. Here’s my story: I have had over 35 Corvettes and had been looking for a 2015 Corvette - Daytona Sunrise Orange Metallic - convertible - 7 speed manual for 18 months and finally found one and it was at Diamond Jim’s in Milwaukee, WI. I called and spoke with Jim and he suggested that we FaceTime and we did for it a good 20 minutes. Car was great except the tires were a little worn … not a problem … I put a deposit down and scheduled a flight from Southwest Florida to Milwaukee with the plans of driving it back 1,430 miles! 🤪 I have never flown cross country to buy a car before so I was a little nervous to say the least. We arrived at Diamond Jim’s and met Jim … the car was everything he said it was and better (fair price too)! This is when things turned to the unbelievable and quiet frankly, shocking … Jim said he felt uneasy selling me the Corvette with the slightly worn tires so he replaced them with brand new OEM exact factory replacement Michelin tires!! I have another, identical Corvette and recently replaced the tires on that one for a whopping $2,000!! 🫣 Jim apologized for not giving me a full tank of gas (it was 1/2 full) … I said, “Let me see, a full tank of gas or $2,000 worth new tires!!” He laughed and said the construction in front of his dealership prevented him from filling up the tank! He’s a true gentleman. Then, to add to this amazing person that I just met, Jim called us about 2 hours later during our drive home making sure that we were doing OK!! Lastly, we plan on buying another car within the next year and there is no doubt that we will call Jim, take his word for the description of the car, pay for it and ship it to Florida … we drove the 1,430 miles in 28 hours and we don’t plan on doing it again! 😁 I have been buying cars since the late 1970’s and I have never had a better experience than I did with Jim at Diamond Jim’s and I give them the highest recommendation possible!! 👍

I am a customer that purchased my current 2010 Colorado Crew Cab LT under this company. I want to make a few great statements about this company especially Mr. Bruno Medina and his staffs. When I first came to their shop to check out the truck, test drove it, and was impressed with how the engine looked due to its past records as being a commercial truck. There were few things that needed to be fixed such as the speedometer, muffler, and rust on the frame rails. The overall outcome is if you are very honest with them about your trade in (which was my old 2004 GMC Canyon single cab that was going to be NO good within few months due to new England’s weather and its age, of course.) They return the honesty back to you. I was very satisfied how Mr. Bruno allowed me to observe how much work they put into my new truck to get it to my satisfaction. They do fabulous mechanic work on anything if you request nicely. I even drove my current truck to Louisiana from Massachusetts to help my family members that went through hurricanes recently and drove back to Massachusetts with NO problems. Mr. Bruno was very confident with my question: “Will this truck last me down to Louisiana and back to Massachusetts?” He surely made sure it would and it did! This shop deserves a 5 star with no questions! I would go back if my truck needs anything else or whatsoever! I brought my 2015 Taurus in to the service department at Pilson Ford, Chevy, GMC located in Clinton, IN. Yes, it is an older model but I have always addressed any issues with it since I bought it and kept up on all maintenance. Amber Day, the service department advisor listened to my description of the problem with my car. I knew it needed extensive front suspension work due to normal wear on a 2015 vehicle. Amber kept in touch with me after the diagnosis and during the work being done. She rode along with the technician on the test drive after the work was done. She didn't give it the ok until she was satisfied with the ride and the handling of my car. I am very satisfied with Amber and the technicians at Pilson Ford. Their service standards are high. My car now rides like a DREAM!
