CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Nothing but great things to say about this dealership. They got me into a 2021 Dodge Durango R/T and even beat the interest rate I had from my own bank — all during the winter storm that hit DFW. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The online price was exactly what I paid (plus tax). No hidden fees or surprise add-ons like you see at some larger dealerships, which was very important to me. Alfonso went above and beyond by checking on the vehicle after the storm to make sure there was no damage and even advised me to wait to test drive until the roads were safe. After purchase, I had a small sensor issue (likely from the freezing temps), and they quickly connected me with a trusted mechanic who fixed it right away. Best car-buying experience I’ve had. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family.

2021 RAM 1500 review
We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. the 1500 ram with the diesel engine has tons of power and gets as good as 33 mpg on the highway, and 25 in town milage, the air ride is great also, love this truck

2021 RAM 1500 review
Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .
