Although I have not purchased a vehicle from this establishment; (yet) I still want to highlight my experience. From the get go, I worked with Jennifer. She was amazing!!! I asked a lot of her with pictures and such, as I live in CT! She got back to me promptly and courteously. Always following up with me to assure I received them. Thanks Jennifer!!

Group 1 Ford of Rockwall review
Great service by great people. They don?t have to tell you they do great service they show you! Merri my service advisor always remembers me and makes me feel confident about the service I?m requesting the products and price. She makes getting service done convenient and efficient for me. Bought my truck at a different dealer and their service department was awful. Came here and will keep getting my truck serviced and when time to buy again will stay with Group 1.

Westway FordReviews
Westway Ford review
I recently bought a new F350 from Westway Ford. I bought the truck over the phone from 2000 miles away. I was also talking with a couple other dealerships in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and neither of them were willing to negotiate with me. I first spoke with Matthew, the sales mgr then, the salesman Edwin took over from there and sent me a walk around video of the truck and was highlighting different things on the truck. Edwin was pro active but, not pushy in any way. I didn’t just give that dealership my business, Edwin earned it. I flew in on a Friday afternoon and Dana in finance had all the paperwork ready to go so, I was out fairly quickly and since this was a cash deal, their profit margin wasn’t a whole lot but you’d never know it by the way I was treated. All and all, a very professional operation and very pleased with the deal that we agreed upon. I highly recommend this dealership and I know any questions that may arise they are there to answer. Patrick

Grubbs INFINITIReviews
Grubbs INFINITI review
I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new truck, and a huge part of that was thanks to my salesperson, Pedro. From start to finish, Pedro was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. He took the time to answer all my questions, was transparent throughout the process, and never made me feel pressured. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable—something you don’t always hear when it comes to buying a vehicle. If you’re in the market for a new truck and want someone who truly cares about customer service, ask for Pedro. I highly recommend this dealership and would absolutely come back again.

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Imd Motors RichardsonReviews
Imd Motors Richardson review
I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

I reached out online to check availability on a car I was looking for. They were very responsive without being pushy at all and provided me with the information I needed.

They helped me understand my loan and worked with my bank to get all the paperwork completed. They knew everything about the car and got it checked out prior to me even coming to see it so that I knew it was reliable. Almost a month later, and I’ve had no problems!

I went to check out a few vehicles at Lifted Trucks in Katy late last week. Really loved one of them and came back on Monday to buy it. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

CarMax Gulf FreewayReviews
CarMax Gulf Freeway review
As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.
