Kind, honest people with no pressure at all, and they have quality vehicles on the lot. The reps worked patiently with me to find exactly the car I wanted and put together a deal that fit my situation perfectly. This is the place I'll send my boys to without a second thought when they’re ready for their first cars.

I saw the car I really liked on the website, and I was test driving it the very next day. The price was fair, and I never felt pressured to buy any of those unnecessary extras that other dealerships try to push.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Smithtown Kia review
We were greeted with a smiling face from Gerard. He answered all our questions. Took us to see cars available, but I got attached to the s portage parked outside. He treated us so nice. No pressure. Said, if we need anything, don’t hesitate to call or come in. It was a great experience.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Novak MotorsReviews
Novak Motors review
Novak Motors, still a hidden gem but…. Things have changed. My first time buying a car at Novak was an unexpected pleasure. Found them online claiming a no-hassle pricing policy. So, I went in and met with a sales associate named Laura. Told her I was looking for a Santa Fe. She said ‘we have eight of them. I found one I liked and we sat down with the car fax. I asked what they could do on the price and she said ‘nothing, that’s the price’. Well, I had already done my homework. Their cars seemed to be priced all at the lower end of the Kelley Blue Book range. Fair enough I thought. I asked if I could have my mechanic look at the car and she said ‘sure and if you find anything wrong, since the car was still under warranty, it would be taken to the dealer and fixed prior to the purchase’. With that said and done I came in to buy the car a few days later. Ok, here comes Amy the finance person. I’m ready for all the usual stuff that you deal with at the dealership. But no, just a little paperwork and Amy had me out the door in about 30 minutes. So now let’s jump ahead about 5 years. Is Novak still a place to buy your car? Yes, but there are changes. Namely a man named Mike who is the sales manager. Now when I talked to a sales person they have to go to Mike. Then Mike comes to me. He’s a big guy and he’s playing that sales manager role we have all seen at dealerships. I asked him if he could do better on the price testing the waters. ‘I can come down $500’ he told me (so much for no haggle). Now I’ve already done my homework and Mike is being deceiving. The prices online were $500 lower than the sticker on the car. When I asked him about that he said ‘that they haven’t updated the stickers yet’. That was another lie. I had been in the showroom on and off for over a week and been looking at their website regularly. He also negotiated several times on what they would give me for my trade in. Telling me he was going to lose money when he sells it at auction. At the price he paid me he probably will. I’m sure in his mind he can offset the loss to corporate by claiming his sales numbers. I hope corporate isn’t that blind to his games. Now jumping ahead, I decided to buy the car and gave a deposit three days prior to month-end. Afterwards, Mike says to me that we need to close the deal by Saturday (last day of the month). I said ‘no problem assuming my credit union processes my loan, if not we can do it Monday’. With that he gave me attitude. I said Mike ‘I’ll do my best but either way I have given you a deposit and we have a signed binder’. His reply was ‘I don’t have to honor it and can pull out of the deal’. My response was ‘really Mike? What kind of dealership high pressure garbage you pulling here?’ So here are the main changes at Novak: Mike Mike Mike Seems whoever brought in Mike has made a mistake. Mike has a past history of working at car dealership such as Ford from what he told me and has brought that atmosphere into Novak. Simply put, he’s a bully and likes to throw his obvious weight around. He walks and talks the stuff that we’ve all have experienced at car dealerships. Prices of the cars are now about $1000 higher. Obviously, giving Mike room to drop the prices which clearly violates their no haggle policy. He purposely prices the stickers higher than the website and then claims he hasn’t updated his floor stock yet. Bottom line, would I go back to Novak again? Yes, I would. The cars Novak sells are clean, single-owner lease returns. Out of hundreds of lease returns, Fusion gets to selectively choose which ones to sell thru Novak. They are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. They are still within KBB but as I said because of Mike they are higher and you have to negotiate some. One of the main reasons I would still choose Novak for my next car is because of the finance staff of Amy and Frank. I hope Novak’s corporate office wakes up and gets rid of the dead weight that’s bringing them down, Mike.

Very happy with my experience purchasing a vehicle at Novak Motors. The showroom is beautiful and every car inside was clean. Everyone was great to deal with-no sleazy high pressure tactics. Felt like I paid a fair price for a vehicle in outstanding condition. Trade in price was ok-not great but ok. Worked with Greg in sales who was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this dealer.

What a difference buying from a family-owned and operated business makes! I have purchased many vehicles from private sellers to mom and pop shops to mega dealerships...NEVER have I had a better experience than working with Blake and the Security team. They took the time to understand my needs and goals, found the perfect vehicle for me and worked to get me the best price and financing options to fit my budget. I was very specific in what I wanted, and Blake never stopped working to find the ideal match. In the end, the Finance Manager John actually found an additional rebate for me bringing my payment below what I was prepared to sign for! Walking into the dealership with my wife and two kids, felt like we were at a family member's home, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you to Blake, John and the Vigorito family for making this an incredible experience, we will ABSOLUTELY be back.

Excellant Sales service from Sid and Ed the manager at East Hills Jeap Eagle dealer. I worked out the best deals for 2 Grand Cheerokee jeeps that my wife and my self just leased ! We were very happy with the outside and interior colors as well as pinstripping that we recieved as well ! The contrats were seemless and everthing was done with the insurance company and DMV for us. Due to my wifes bad knees Sales Rep Sid helped find on the internet automatic iluminated side boards that automatically extend out so as it is easier to step into the high jeep and then when you close the door these side boards automatically tuck themselves under the car. Ed the manager helped get some money back on these automatic side boards due to my wifes diability ! Again it was seemless everything went well! We have been doing business with East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Eagle dealer for the last 25 years where everyone in my family has purchased a Jeep as well as my son Jeffrey who purchased a Dodge Ram SRXcharger which my son still has after 9 years and is in perfect working order. I have always gotten personal care from the service department from Jon Piansky Kike, And Especially Anthoney the Mechanic 100 plus Highly recoment Thanks Jonathan and Tina K.

With that said and done I came in to buy the car a few days later. Ok, here comes Amy the finance person. I’m ready for all the usual crap that you deal with at the dealership. What kind of dealership high pressure xxxxxxxx you pulling here?’ So here are the main changes at Novak: Mike Mike Mike Seems whoever brought in Mike has made a mistake. Mike has a past history of working at car dealership such as Ford from what he told me and has brought that atmosphere into Novak. Simply put, he’s a bully and likes to throw his obvious weight around. He walks and talks the crap that we’ve all have experienced at car dealerships.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

Thank you guys for helping me get the car I wanted at a fair price. Your honesty made a real difference. I went to some other well-known dealers and they just tried to pressure me into a bad deal. Buy from them 100%

Meadowland of Carmel review
The salesman Charlie, was the most respectful salesman I ever had. He helped me find the car/SUV I wanted. The SUV i chose, has all the features I wanted plus even more. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. So many cars today are gray, white or black, but I wanted a red GMC Terrain with fog lights. He found it for me. I should add the dealer absorbed the last 3 months of payments on my previous lease as i ran out of miles. The entire experience was easy.
