Towne is a wonderful place to shop for a vehicle and I leased two Jeep’s from them. I am now kind of sad my salesman Greg did not reach out to me and try to keep me as a customer when I told him about a lower price quote from another dealership while shopping for a new Jeep. I waited a week and he never contacted me to see if he could work out some kind of deal with me as a current customer. His only response was he can’t match that other quote without even trying to rework the numbers And I never heard back from him.

On top of all that, Madison and Mike, the two folks I dealt with buying the truck over 4 months ago, recognized me and remembered what I bought the truck for and asked how it was going.
