I bought my very first brand new car from Towne Hyundai in 2012. I have been back for service maintenance many times since then and have always had a delightful experience. The staff are so curtious and helpful to say the least. Thank you Towne Hyundai for your outstanding customer service from buying to maintenance and repairs!
Went to look at a Hyundai Accent and met with one of the Sales Representatives, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Facility was easy to find, very clean and neat and we had a great experience. Although we did not buy the car, we will definitely visit them when we are in the market again.
Outstanding Sales and Service Exprerience at Towne

I am on my third new Hyundai all purchased from Towne, an Accent, Tucson and now an Elantra. Every time I have gone in there, I am greeted by friendly sales staff and people that want to be sure I find a product to suite my needs. When I was in the market to trade in the Tucson and purchase an Elantra, I went straight to Towne to look and see what was available, costs and features on the car. Our salesman, Jeremy, was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I explained to him what I was looking for and he assisted me in finding a car with all the features that I wanted, the color I was looking for and the cost that I was willing to pay. I was able to find and purchase my car quickly and if I wanted have same day pick-up of the car. I also added a car starter and Jeremy and Bob from service worked together to be sure that it could be installed without delay. I am grateful for the quick and thorough service I was able to receive while shopping.
I cannot say enough positive things about the people at Towne Hyundai. They are there for you no matter what the reason. I recently met a salesman named Mike Lindstrom and found him to be very professional. He was truly concerned that I was a happy customer. The service department at this dealership is awesome. They were there for me always. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I know that if we ever replace my husband's car, that's where we will be going to.
I must admit we certainly debated about buying another Santa Fe when our 2009 was having its 2nd transmission put in and still had problems but the service department was great. We received a loaner to drive and after spending an afternoon with Tom T. we decided to buy a new 2013 Santa Fe Sport. Noel gave us a great deal on the trade in and we were very happy to find a Sport model in our color choice. Tom was under the weather when we went to pick up the car but Mike L. did a great job of describing all the dashboard electronics and so far we are very pleased. It's been a pleasure doing business with Towne Hundai.
Just bought my third Hyundai this year from Towne auto. One for my daughter, a new Sonata for me and, when that one was totalled in an accident, another Sonata for me. Cal Tobias is amazing! He proves that there are honest car salesmen, who work for the customer to get you the best deal. I am now driving my fourth Sonata and recommend it highly. Reliable, great gas mileage, safe, comfortable, luxury feel without the high price.My daughter is in a Tucson and she loves it. My son drives an Elantra and my partner has an Elantra wagon. We are a Hyundai family and Towne is our dealer.
My first time ever leasing a car and the staff here made the process soo simple and easy! They took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had about the car, lease, coverage etc. Tom, Brandon and Sergio were all awesome!! Would highly recommend.
Mike Ricatta is very conscientious , and took care of me while his other customers were waiting for a loan approval. The only negative was that the interior could have been cleaner and there was some debris which could have been vacuumed. Prices should be listed on used cars.
I never expected such an easy process when buying a new car. Went in on Friday and drove home in my new Kia Sorento at 4:30 pm the same day. Very happy with the service. Mike Ricotta was very patient and very willing to help with any questions we had. I would recommend going to see him if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Unfortunately after I picked up my car on the 27th and when I got home I realized that KIA does not include a car starter so after I spoke to Kia Finance regarding turning my car in they told me that I was able to take my car starter out so I called and spoke to someone who said that he thought my car was already gone well Kia Finance told me that it was still there so I told him that I wanted to take my car starter out and he said that it was a better idea to pay $399 to them for a new starter which is not the starter I want. I called back again and told him that I wanted my starter and he said well it's going to cost $150 to take it out and then $150 to put it intoy new car so it's not worth it and to get the charger there for $399 because it would save me money. I sent him information showing him the prices that I got to uninstall and install a brand new starter, that I wanted, which and was less expensive than 399. I then sent him the estimate to remove my starter and have it reinstalled into my new car from a different dealer which would save me $150 and he continued to say that I should get a starter there. so then I had said well I would like it itaken out of my car and what would it cost me and he came back and said it would cost me $200 for them to take the starter out of my car. Which is $50 more than originally quoted me when he said $150 and over double what I was quoted at the other dealer to uninstall
And, they still don't have my 2nd key
Great experience with our sales person, it was quick and painless. The entire process went very smoothly and we drove out with our new car within 2 1/2 hours. Thank you!
