AutoNation USA San Antonio review
Superb service by a couple of professionals. The lengthy travel from Cibolo was very much worth it. Dennis was transparent from the start and ensured we fully understood the process and got the best deal for the price considerations we gave him. Once the finance portion began, John was amazing at processing and explaining the entire process. At no time did me and my son feel uncomfortable or unsure of any part of the process. Outstanding service - very much appreciated.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

I have the Tungsten trim level and it’s the ultimate luxury pickup truck! The only thing I would recommend is to have a rear seat zone heating and air conditioning system. There is not enough air flow in the rear seating.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram review
Salesman Samuel Villegas, of the San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership, was instrumental in the purchase of my used Saturn sports car. It's a beautiful car and i couldn't be happier. Samuel was very easy going, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. I did not feel pressured into anything i didnt want to do. He was very personable. I would buy another car from him. Bonus: Samuel speaks excellent spanish, do not let the language barrier stop you! Thank you, Papi Chulo!
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly cannot say enough about my experience with Justin Dominguez and the entire team at Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness, respect, patience, and genuine care. This wasn’t just buying a vehicle — it was an experience that I will truly remember. Justin went above and beyond to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find the vehicle that was the perfect fit for me, my lifestyle, and my needs. He didn’t just try to put me in a vehicle — he took the time to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for ME. That kind of service is hard to find! What impressed me most was the teamwork. Everyone I encountered worked together, communicated, and did everything they could to make things happen. You can tell when a dealership has a great team behind it, and Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep absolutely does! If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, I highly recommend giving Justin Dominguez and this team the opportunity to earn your business. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, your spouse, your kids, or another family member, these are people who genuinely care about helping you find the right vehicle. I walked in looking for a vehicle and walked out feeling like I had been taken care of by people who truly cared about my experience. That says EVERYTHING. Thank you, Justin, and the entire Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep team, for your incredible help, support, kindness, and dedication. You went above and beyond, and I am beyond grateful! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, go see this team — you won’t regret giving them a chance to earn your business!

I took my granddaughter to co-sign for her. I arrived at the dealership and immediately the sale staff came to greet us. Made us feel welcome. I let them know I was co-signing for my granddaughter, they show us 3 beautiful cars immediately my granddaughter felt in-loved with one of the three cars. Then the salesman began the paper works and I agreed with the price and began to sign the Documents. My granddaughter was so excited and very grateful to me and the dealership staff. I was so happy my grandchild love her car. I thank the staff for being so kind and so compaction and professional staff. I will come back to buy me a car and let my family and friends know my experience in this dealership and to make sure to buy their car at this dealership. With honest staff and a price you can’t refuse. Thank You again AUTO SAVVY FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE AND MAKING MY GRANDDAUGHTER SO HAPPY.
2024 RAM 1500 review
The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

We had the easiest purchase with Jacob Plont. This isn't the first or last time we will use Jacob to purchase a vehicle. He always listens, makes suggestions and makes sure we are 100% satisfied. He knew from listening to my husband talk what he could WOW him with and he certainly did just that with this truck. He also listened to my 12 year old because he knew that in 3 years this truck is getting passed down to him. He took a true interest in a future buyer. And explained and answered all of his questions. THANK YOU JACOB!! I don't want to take anything away from Jacob and the outstanding job he did on this sale but I wanted to give a shout out to Colby Moore in the Service Department. Because of Colby and the great service he provided way back in 2004 we have remained customers of Bluebonnet Dodge Jeep Ram.

The I-6 does pretty good on fuel. Averages around 20 to 21. Rides very well. Seems to do ok pulling a boat, the fuel milage does drop to around 16 though.

We bought a 2019Hyundai Elantra at this carmax. It was a very good experience. Staff was helpful but not pushy or aggressive. The fixed price was fair and made the process less stressful. The dealer charges were all reasonable with no ridiculous added charges. Overall an excellent experience.

I just purchased a used 2025 Ram Power Wagon today from this dealership. Luis Diosdado was an absolute pleasure to work with. So was the finance gentleman I worked with. I got out of there this morning in about 30 minutes. Amazing. I highly recommend this dealership. Thanks for the great deal Luis and Bluebonnet.

I drove from Austin to San Antonio for my 2025 Tesla Model 3, and Steven made the trip worthwhile with clear communication and quick responses. The team stayed motivated to help me find the right car, even with a few credit challenges, and the process was easier than I expected. I left happy with my new Tesla and would gladly return to San Antonio for my wife's next car.

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

2025 RAM 1500 review
2026 Limited with Hemi. When you accelerate it sounds and feels like a warm buzz in your belly. It isn't a street racer, but it still goes like xxxx. They are getting rid of the eTorque in 2027, but who cares: it is fully covered until 2036. The 5.7 is the most reliable engine they ever made, and 19 mpg overall is pretty good milage. The Limited ride is so smooth it feels like it floats. The 1/4-3/4 rear bed-door and ram boxes add convenience for all sorts of things. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is a luxury ride.

2022 RAM 1500 review
I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

Had a great experience at the Toyota of grapevine, Javon Smith was an excellent salesman and provided amazing customer service.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!
