My Edge was in the shop 3 times for a total of 3 weeks for the first 6 weeks I owned it . Kind of disappointed in the car but the service that I received with the Service Department was great. They where very helpful with my situation.
Oil change on Saturday went very well. Made an effort to get me in for an appointment. Waiting room with TV and hot coffee was very nice. Friendly staff.
