I had been searching for a new truck for a while when I found exactly what I was looking for. I submitted the form to contact the dealer through Cars.com and was surprised to get a phone call from an actual person instead of some generic email. Since I live more than 100 miles from the dealership most of the sale was done by phone. I first spoke with Nikki Davis who told me a bit about the area and the dealership itself before putting me in touch with Lamar Elrod,my salesman. Both Nikki and Lamar talked to me like I was a friend. Lamar answered all my questions about the truck I found so that I was confident it was exactly the truck for me. He helped get everything done over the phone so all I had to do was drive over there. Because it was a working weekend for me they had to hold the truck until Monday evening. We arrived late Monday and they had the truck cleaned up and full of gas. They checked out my trade while I looked over the truck and drove it up the road. There were no issues at all for either side so we did the paper work. Even though it was getting late nobody there seemed to be in any rush and everyone was in a great mood. The guy handling all the paper work was great too, I only wish I could remember his name as well. These guys even had my trade in paid off before the end of the week. This has been the best buying experience I've had.
Great customer service! Always able to get an appointment to have my Jeep or Dodge serviced. They always let us know if they see anything that could possibly be a problem later on that we don???t know about. We won???t take are autos any where else. Mackenzie always has a smile and greets us when we come in.
We were on our vacation and had a problem in a nearby town and were referred to this dealership from Auto Zone in Cleveland. The folks at Jacky Jones were extremely helpful and friendly. They ordered the part that was needed for our car, did the repair the following morning, and we were on our way! We were so thankful that Dodge had a dealership close by where we were staying. All the service/warranty needs and dealer installed options that I have had on my 17 Ram 2500 I never had a problem with my experience at Hayes of Baldwin. Nathaniel and the Service Manager have always treated me right while being professional, respectful and honest with me. They both take the time to listen and understand the concerns that I have with my truck.
It was the best experience ever. I spoke with Mr. Gary smith. But the whole team was great. they gave all the options and the price was very very fair compared to other dealership. I did go to multiple dealerships and we did not have a great experience as we did at Milton Martin Honda. I give my highest recommendations

Very friendly staff. They did okay answering my questions, but I new more about the history of the vehicle than they did. There's a $599 handling fee that gets added to the sticker price, so make sure to ask about it up front.
Operating with honesty and integrity! The team, and I am choosing that word purposefully, was upfront and kind. Everyone from our sales persons (Tony & Keith) to the finance associate (Andrew) worked together! They answered ALL of our questions (and I personally ask a TON of questions) and kept their word on EVERY detail. No bait and switch. If you want to experience purchasing a quality vehicle, at a great price, from an amazing team of professionals....get on over to Carriage Mitsubishi! Had a great experience with the sales help, Jody and Ashley. The business manager made the experience feel effortless. Although I did most of the negotiating on line and I could have gotten more for my trade, I felt that the deal went as i planned.
