Got great service from Jeff Gilly, explained thoroughly about the Renegade showing all the options it had, answered all my questions, Gave me time to consult with my Daughter and son so that I made the right decision. I didnt feel pressured and they knew from get go I would walk if I needed to. I was greeted by everyone and made to feel like a valued customer. Chris in the service dept went out of his way to make a bad situation good. I was passing through the area and had an interstate breakdown resulting me to leave the vehicle behind and travel on with a rental. The repair was extensive, but he kept me up to date, under promised and over delivered. I don't live anywhere near by, but if I did, this would be the first dealership I would check out if I were purchasing a new jeep or needing service work performed.
