Jeff D'Ambrosio Chrysler Dodge Jeep MitsReviews
Jeff D'Ambrosio Chrysler Dodge Jeep Mits review
I recently purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Jetta and had the pleasure of working with Gary Thomas. As a 22-year-old woman buying my first car, the process felt overwhelming, but Gary made everything so much easier. He was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide me through this major purchase. I truly appreciated being treated like a friend rather than just another customer. I also want to give a huge thank you to Nick, the manager, who was incredibly kind and took the time to chat with my grandpa, who was involved in the process. Their support meant so much to me, and I’m beyond grateful for the outstanding service at Jeff D'Ambrosio. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family!

Easiest car buying experience yet. They drove my truck to Houston, and it was just as beautiful in person, and drove my trade back to their location. The pictures are spot on. I was worried that buying a truck without driving it may be an issue but was assured that there was no obligation until it got here and O approved. Great experience.

Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Dustin at Enumclaw Dodge is awesome! He was very patient, informative and zero pressure. He and the other folks at ECJD were very competitive on my trade value and pricing on a new Scat Pack Charger. In the end we were about $900 apart from a deal and I did not purchase but that was not due to their lack of effort, sometimes the deal just doesn’t make sense for both parties after all it is a business and they have a bottom line to meet as well. In any case if you are looking for a great deal with great folks who are competitive, honest and zero pressure do yourself a favor and head to Enumclaw and ask for Dustin. If there is a deal to be made, I am confident they will take care of you.

I had an outstanding experience working with CJ Claussen. From the moment we connected, he was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Unlike many others, he never came across as pushy—instead, he truly listened to what I needed and what mattered most to me in a car. What stood out most was how thoughtful and genuine CJ Claussen was throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my priorities and went above and beyond to find the perfect car that checked all the boxes. I never felt rushed or pressured, just supported. If you’re looking for someone who’s honest, empathetic, and genuinely wants you to leave happy, CJ Claussen is exactly who you want to work with. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIATReviews
Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIAT review
My 2016 Jeep Cherokee needed a brake job and I didn't want to drive far. So I went to Krystal. What nice people! The service department guys were totally honest and caring.I was getting bored with my car and was searching for a good Certified Jeep. Again, I went to Krystal. They had exactly what I was looking for. I got a very fair price for my trade in. They didn't try to push all the extras on me. All in all it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. They have a new customer for life! Highly recommended!
