Sheehy Ford of WarrentonReviews
Sheehy Ford of Warrenton review
I am really happy with my experience at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton from start to finish. From my very first phone call to ask about the availability of the Ford Explorer ST, Gabe Irizzary, my salesperson, was helpful, professional, and honest. If he did not immediately have the answer to one of my questions, he did not make something up. He reached out to his manager, got the correct information, and quickly followed up with me. His manager, Gus Andrade, also reached out, and I truly appreciated their transparency. They provided me with the out-the-door price for a Maryland resident without hesitation, which was one of the main reasons I decided to drive over 90 minutes the next day to see the Explorer in person. Once I arrived, Gabe took me on a test drive, and the great customer service continued. During the paperwork process, Gabe noticed there was a small chip in the windshield and immediately brought it to my attention. Even though Gus was out that day, Gabe spoke with a manager and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. People often tell me that I am too trusting, but I believed them — and they proved me right. True to their word, Gus arranged for someone to come to my home and replace the windshield with a Ford windshield, not an aftermarket one. That meant a lot to me. Thank you to Gabe and Gus at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton, VA, for your customer service, transparency, and for honoring your promise. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, and I would gladly refer my family and friends as well.

2019 RAM 3500 review
Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

They worked very hard to get me the Carfax information and allowed me to take the car to the nearby Toyota dealership to check it out. Unfortunately I didn't buy the car because of expensive repairs it needed. But Luis and his boss were very helpful and nice as can be.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I live in Ohio and bought a new truck from this dealership because they had the exact truck I wanted. I had never bought a car out of state from a dealership before. They made the entire process quick and easy. They explained every step of the process so I knew what I needed to do next. Everyone from their sales, financing, title and shipping department were great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I also got the truck cheaper than I could, for a similar truck, from a dealership in my area. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
2019 RAM 3500 review
Has not left us on the side of the road, but electronics are unstable, including trailer brakes and engine management software. Have had several re-flashes to correct issues that happened or caused by recall re-flash. Examples: low power, excessive DEF usage and bad exhaust smell, Extremely high idle and cold engine Regen, repeated trailer brake controller failures when towing. Dealer has been excellent in repairing issues.

Malachi contacted me immediately about the Certified 2022 Volkswagen Taos 1.5T SEL. Malachi communicated effectively, so chill, amazing costumer service, and he made this process was easy and painless for me. I would highly recommend Malachi with Phil Long Ford!
2019 RAM 3500 review
This is the third Dodge/Ram product I have owned, including a 1997 Caravan, a 2015 Ram eco diesel Laramie longhorn, and now a 2019 ram 3500 HO Cummins Diesel. I have owned both Ford and Chevy before, including an F350. I won’t go back to the other brands. Ram has the best options, best engines, best reliability, and best towing. And even though this time I went with a lower trim package, the base models have everything you need.
