Like most, buying a new car (or truck in my case) has always been something that made me cringe. Places like Carvana and Carmax have tried to take a lot of pain and stress out of the car buying process and to be honest, they have, however at a price. I think everybody knows you pay for convenience but should you have to pay so much for it. Why do dealers mark up cars and add unwanted and unwanted items to inflate these hidden costs? Well obviously to make more money off the consumer, but why take advantage of people? it's no wonder why "car salespeople" come across as shrewd, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Not so with Maverick Motors. Truly, the best experience with the best value. Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

If you want to sit around all day, haggle for a price, have someone go back and forth and talk to “the boss,” and generally have an all-around traditional car buying experience, this dealer is NOT the place for you! These guys have a niche and they know their stuff; you’re not going to get the run-around here because their prices are already competitive. My salesman, Anthony, was fantastic as was Jeremy, the finance manager. If I hadn’t sat around and visited with them both, I could’ve been in and out in an hour. This is how buying a vehicle ought to be.

This truck has more bells and whistles than any car I've ever owned. Love all the technology. Ram has knocked it out of the ball park with this truck. I can't wait to finally tow a fifth wheel with it next year.

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

We stumbled upon this dealership while shopping for my husband a new work truck. We found what we thought to be a great truck located on the Houston lot. Unfortunately after having it brought in to the Dallas lot our salesman notified us that the vehicle was throwing a ABS code. We were at the Dallas dealership on a Saturday, so not much anyone could do for diagnostic/repair. We decided we would drive the truck home and have it repaired at our local dodge dealership. Considering it was under factory warranty and extended warranty we had no reason to believe it would be a huge issue. WE WERE WRONG!!! The truck had essentially been chop shopped and was completely un repairable under any warranty! Our salesman D’Andre and the GM at Dallas were nothing short of amazing to us! We were able to get out of the original truck and into another within a week! They even let us drive the alternative truck for a few days to ensure we felt confident. They were very communicative and never hesitated to answer all questions we had. We never felt like a bother or that we had to be mean to get this disaster situated. I think our situation was just unfortunate. The Dallas dealership was VERY professional and helpful and we could truly feel that they cared about us as a customer and their name as a business!
