The customer service I received was outstanding—far better than anywhere else. We handled everything through email and phone, and within a week, I was picking up my new Jeep. The entire team—Ken (General Manager), Aaron (Salesperson), and Tim (Finance Manager)—made the process seamless. Every question was answered, and I had zero concerns walking into the dealership. I expected to spend three to four hours there, like at every other dealership I’ve visited, but I was in and out in just 20 minutes. Truly impressive! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a Jeep. It was absolutely worth the drive and my time. I previously left Executive Chevy a terrible review; I should note that the advisor who dropped the ball was NOT Steve in the Service Dept. He's actually right now trying to resolve this issue, which was unbeknownst to me. I believe in calling "xxxxx and strikes", and Steve is making an attempt to resolve which at this point is all we can ask for, as the previous Service Advisor did nothing. Understand there's a lot of red tape for him to deal with and we're keeping our fingers crossed he can work something out. I normally don't like to have to "MF" a business, but it was warranted because of past advisor ineptitude. Still not completely sold on Chevy's, but if Steve comes through it'll restore my faith in USA cars which I love, especially Chevy trucks.
