Had a great experience working with Lex! She was knowledgeable and helpful! Would definitely recommend working with her if your looking to buy a vehicle!
2017 RAM 2500 review
Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

CarShop Glen MillsReviews
CarShop Glen Mills review
I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Ourisman Tri-State Ford review
We had an awesome experience with Matt at Ourisman Tri-State Ford. We found our dream car on their website, contacted Matt and he walked us through the whole process. We had to fly into Baltimore to pick up the car and drive it home (we live in ND). Matt picked us up from the airport and we were in and out of the dealership in a couple hours…on our way home! The car is exactly what it was projected to be online and we are very happy! Highly recommend!!
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

Auto Team Delaware Pre-Owned Center review
My first time in the dealership was the day after I had been in an accident that totalled my old car. Drew Aaron was friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful. This was my first stop and I looked at a couple other cars before I came back, but I knew I was coming back to buy my car from Drew. After we signed the paperwork, we Drew Baker (another Drew, just to make things confusing) came over and showed us everything we needed to know about the infotainment system. That helped a lot as it does so much more than my old car! My only complaint would be that they have minimal parking on site, but that's the nature of their location and we didn't have too much trouble. A wonderful experience and an excellent car. I would highly recommend them.
2025 RAM 1500 review
I have the Tungsten trim level and it’s the ultimate luxury pickup truck! The only thing I would recommend is to have a rear seat zone heating and air conditioning system. There is not enough air flow in the rear seating.

I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

He kept me informed all the way thru the process. If and when I?m in need of another vehicle, this dealership and namely Brandon will be the first contacts I will make.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

2017 RAM 2500 review
Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Kia of West Chester review
I received a most pleasant surprise when I arrived at this dealership in the form of Corenia White my salesperson and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a car (and there have been many cars) She asked all the important questions and boy does she know her product and equally important she believes in what she's selling. I had done my homework and also test drove 2 other car cars and came back to Corenia the same day and purchased a Kia Sportage which i LOVE If you are looking for a car do yourself a favor take a ride to West Chester Kia and ask for Corenia . Nice dealership with nice people A place I will definitely be coming back to Dianne P

Jeff D'Ambrosio Chrysler Dodge Jeep Mits review
The D'Ambrosio dealership is the best in class. I'm a return customer for multiple purchases, leases and service visits over the past 10 years. My family recently leased 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees and received (as always) very professional guidance from AJ in sales, Joe in management and Jeff in ownership. I highly recommend this team and the overall D'Ambrosio organization.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

I recently purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Jetta and had the pleasure of working with Gary Thomas. As a 22-year-old woman buying my first car, the process felt overwhelming, but Gary made everything so much easier. He was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide me through this major purchase. I truly appreciated being treated like a friend rather than just another customer. I also want to give a huge thank you to Nick, the manager, who was incredibly kind and took the time to chat with my grandpa, who was involved in the process. Their support meant so much to me, and I’m beyond grateful for the outstanding service at Jeff D'Ambrosio. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family!

Walt Okon - Bought the perfect Used Car. I searched the Easter Coast area for a great buy in a used car. I founded it at David's Dodge. I had all the pictures of the car, all the specifications, all the history of the car. The David Dodge price was fair, right, and honest. They made it easy for registration, and ensured the car was properly title in the State of Virginia. I was amazed. Even more , the car looked and felt like a "brand new car." It was perfect.

Amazing service, very considerate staff, helped us get done in a timely manner, understood our situation and did their absolute best. 😊
2021 RAM 1500 Classic review
Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.
