Mike Murphy FordReviews
Mike Murphy Ford review
Mike Murphy Ford in Morton has a high respectable and loyal reputation reputation for their customers going above and beyond in customer service satisfaction and being a trustworthy business. When talking with the locals and asking where they purchased their vehicle, Mike Murphy comes up a lot in conversations. You tell them your budget and they will find you the right car that works for you. I couldn’t be happier with my Ford Edge SEL and the service provided by Rickie Gieger was above any service I had anywhere else. I enjoyed his entertaining personality and humor throughout the car search experience. Within a few hours, I was driving off the lot. You cant beat their extended warranty deals. If your within 100 miles of their business and break down, tow truck is free, repairs are free within the warranty, and if you need a rental, thats included as well.
2019 RAM ProMaster 1500 review
Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I'm 59 years old, have great credit, and have bought many, many new vehicles over the years. My experience at the nearby Ford dealership with their condescending, good ol' boy mentality made me never want to deal with them, ever, again. Then, the nearby Toyota dealership was underhanded in a way I had not thought possible. However, Billy exceeded any expectation I ever had. And after working with Billy, I will never go anywhere EVER again!!! The experience of buying my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Billy as my salesperson was so great that I have actually *told* people: Go see Billy! He will treat you right! To be clear, I am not that kind of person, and I have never done this sort of thing - THIS is how strongly I feel about Billy as a salesperson. He was no-pressure, but not in an "I don't care" kind of way. *It felt intentional that he didn't want to stress me out.* Additionally, he explained things to me and waited for an indication I understood (I am a teacher so this matters) before moving to the next explanation. Maybe most of all, he was kind to the man in my life who might be seen as an old white guy (he is, but not in the stereotypical way. But Billy was kind to him, and I am sensitive to exclusionary behavior. I want whoever is reading this to know that Billy and Federico will have my business for a long time.

Jack Schmitt Chevrolet Wood RiverReviews
Jack Schmitt Chevrolet Wood River review
Great experience with the Salesman, but the van was disgustingly filthy. Smelled of grease and headliner was heavily stained with something. Of the 5 identical vans we were looking at, it was the most expensive and not even the lowest mileage. This vehicle was not ready to be seen by potential buyers.

It was pretty far from where I live but decided to make the drive, and let me tell you it was worth it. The service and hospitality is literally unmatched. I will definitely buy my next car from here. Thank you to the Carmi Ram team. You where amazing

Cassens Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Cassens Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Our experience (my wife and mine) could not have been better. We came out to your location with the idea of ordering a 2018 Limited Pacifica; we knew the color; and equipment desired; and to our surprise, one was sitting on the show room floor. It was exactly what we wanted except it was a 2017. It truly was a beautiful vehicle and we just couldn't resist, so Anne and I purchased the 2017. Our sales person, Steve Lane, couldn't have been nicer. His description and explanation of the vehicle's features were clear and expertly done. It's the best car that I have ever driven. Thanks, Steve.

Cassandra was great to buy my new car from. Jerry my salesman was very helpful in getting the price where I wanted and was fair on my trade. I provided my own financing so was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Great atmosphere and no pressure. Thanks!

Cassens Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I just purchased my 2nd Jeep in 4 years from Steve Lane at Cassens and both experiences were straightforward, simple, and honestly... fun! Steve is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and courteous and worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted both times. Steve was never pushy and truly listened to what I wanted and needed and the finance manager was very straightforward and easy to work with. Both car buying experiences were not the least bit stressful and I left feeling very pleased with the deal I got. I've also always had a great experience with the service department for my routine maintenance - everyone is so friendly and kind and gets my work completed in a timely manner. I've especially been impressed with the service I've received from Mike Keller - he really goes above and beyond to keep me in the loop when my car is being serviced. I cannot recommend Cassens enough!

Nick and staff did a great job. The Escape passed inspection and is ready for license plates. I will only buy used cars from a dealership because the dealership will only sell a used car that is in good shape. I liked the dealership and Nick so much that they will be the first place I stop in to buy my next truck in a couple of years.
