This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

We looked at a used 2015 Camry with 42,000 miles, found on the website. When we test drove we smelled smoke and the salesman said he would eliminate the smoke overnite and he did!! They let us take the car to our mechanic who pronounced in excellent shape. (A local giant dealer would not permit us.) The physical plant looked its age, the place is 100 years old. But I learned from the nearby giant dealership that looks are just looks. Our salesman and manager were just real people and trustworthy. For example we were shown 2 separate service agreements and the less expensive one was suggested. This is a home town place and we will come back for our next car.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Needed to service my 2024 Wagoneer and was greeted by Rhonda Dingman at Lia Jeep. She was extremely cordial to myself and two kids and quickly and efficiently got our Jeep serviced in a timely manner. Great job and keep it up!!!

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I have a 2009 Jeep Compass that I was told was not worth repairing under my extended warrantee by Goldstein Jeep (where i bought it new). I took it out of there and contacted Armory to see if they would work with me. Yes, they did and agreed with me that my Jeep was worth putting a little money into. They have done an outstanding job and have gone above and beyond to work with me to keep my favorite car on the road. Mike Murphy, my service adviser, has been very helpful. Yes, I've had to leave it a bit longer, but it's been worth it - parts for something this old are not readily available. They have done much of the work under my extended warrantee, saving me thousands of dollars. Armory and their staff has won my respect and I will continue to do business with them. Finally, a car dealer with a service department that cares about the customer, not trying to get them to buy a new or replacement car.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Several months ago, I purchased a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Main Motorcar in downtown Johnstown. The exact model I was interested in was unfortunately not available for sale at the time I first inquired at the dealership. Fortunately, I was notified by my salesperson - Shannon - as soon as they could custom-order the vehicle to my desired specifications. Ordering the Jeep was surprisingly fast and simple. I was provided with periodic updates as the Wrangler moved through the manufacturing process, too. I was given an approximate time frame for delivery and was pleasantly surprised when it rolled off the assembly line sooner than scheduled. Just before my Wrangler was scheduled to arrive however, the Nissan I planned to trade-in suffered an apparently common electronic failure. I began working with the original Nissan dealership (not Main Motorcar) to fix the issue and was charged almost $1,500 for the repair. Days later, I found out the pricey problem was actually covered by a recall; frustratingly, the Nissan dealership refused to refund my payment. Only after a series of phone calls to the unhelpful big-city Nissan dealership was I told to call the Nissan corporate office for a resolution. The folks at Main Motorcar were kind enough to step in and provide some much-needed assistance in dealing with the Nissan corporate office to help me obtain my refund for the now-recall-eligible repair. They were able to expedite the process with Nissan corporate... something the Nissan dealership refused to do. Even with the trade-in difficulties, I was offered a fair value for the Nissan from Main Motorcar. Months later, I am extremely happy with my purchase as well as my experience with the staff at Main... who went out of their way to help make the purchasing and trade-in processes go as smoothly as possible. Based on my experience, I have been recommending that my friends and family - and anyone who has asked about my car-buying experience - stop by Main Motorcar in Johnstown. They have earned a customer for life!

My wife and I were in the market for a new Willys in Gobi. We found a few but the dealers weren't too cooperative over the phone. When I got a hold of Main Motorcar, Steve Ross was very eager to assist us in the buying process over the phone. The dealership is a 4 hour drive from us in another state. Anyway, after agreeing to the price, I worked with Dave to get the paperwork in order before we could drive out there during the upcoming weekend. When we got there, everything was perfect and ready to go. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes! The best part was their honesty, no games. It's a small town dealership with folks who help you out by saying what they do and doing what they say. There was no "gotcha moment" that I've experience from other dealers who are trying to squeeze you for a few more bucks. It was worth the drive!

Was in need of a pick-up truck , shopped all my local dealers ,and no one had anything close to my needs.Went online to search the country. The red Ram 1500 classic with regular cab , 5.7 hemi, 20 inch chrome rims , class 4 tow hitch was found .. One problem its 211 miles away . Called and spoke to Steve Ross , asked if the price was true and yes it was .No games , he made the buying process pain free. Towing was a major point to make sure the truck was the right one, before taking a deposit he checked the Vin number with Ram and got the true towing weight , it was perfect .. Ran the credit card , then the process of wiring money and receiving all the paper work I needed to get insurance and registration was very quick sent overnight from a New York dealership to my home in Massachusetts ..Truck was then shipped and delivered right to my front door step, in perfect clean condition . None of that B.S. of " I have to go talk to my manager " . Main Motor Car price was so good that with the 500.$ shipping added on it was still the best price then anyone local had and it was the exact truck I was looking for . At 53 years of age and not very computer savvy Steve made the process pain free and took photos the whole step of the way ...I made a friend out of this purchase , How many people can say that ..Still waiting for my local dealerships to call me with what I wanted ... I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Called on Friday morning to look at a jeep wrangler talked to Rick told him I was coming up Saturday morning to take a look. Got there around 11;30 took a test drive and he was so helpful with everything got back to dealership and within minutes we made a deal and bought the jeep the hole process was so easy great place and people would recommend them for buying a new or used vehicle

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass from here. I dealt with Rick he was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Main Motors again. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!
