Bill was extremely responsive and very helpful. I switched to Dick Scott Motor Mall because I wasn’t getting the responsiveness I expected from the dealer I typically use. I really appreciated all the work Bill put in to make this deal happen.

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

The dealership was welcoming and prepared to make a deal for the car we wanted. Following a test drive, we sat down to negotiate and came up with our best deal. The sales staff was friendly and did a nice job of completing our paperwork in a timely way so we could make this a "once and done" event.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

2017 RAM 1500 review
Bought it at 40k miles no issues so far. Over 100k now. I have the ram boxes on the sides for my everyday tools, spacey crew cab seats. 4wd, loud alpine speakers. I average 17 mpg. I recently had a base model 2014 ram that went over 170k miles and all I ever did was change the oil (synthetic) every 5k miles. Not 1 issue. Never had any problems with my ram trucks.

I highly recommend. I am not someone who appreciates "pushy" sales reps. I worked with Bill Kiesgen and he was very helpful and proactive. I had spoke with him over the phone regarding the vehicle I was interested in and he had it ready to test drive when I got there. Afterwards we met up to discuss the vehicle and he answered all my questions and was very understanding. My visit quick and to the point. I was able to sleep on my decision and the following day we had everything ready to go. Now I am a proud owner of a new vehicle. Thank you for your efficient service!
2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Shaheen Chevrolet review
If you're looking for a car dealer who genuinely has your best interests at heart, look no further than Tobbie Lansdell and the Shaheen Automobile Group. From start to finish, the entire lease process was seamless and handled with the utmost professionalism. The distinguishing feature of this experience was the exceptional transparency provided?each aspect of the lease was thoroughly clarified, ensuring complete understanding and eliminating any unexpected surprises. Complications developed when my previous dealership refused to respond or cooperate. Tobbie stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and resolved everything without missing a beat. His communication was prompt, his knowledge was impressive, and his willingness to go above and beyond was unlike anything I have ever experienced in a dealership. This level of service exemplifies what doing business the right way looks like. I cannot recommend Tobbie and Shaheen Automotive Group highly enough ? an absolute 5-star experience in every sense!

Easy to deal with. I didn't buy a car. I decided to stay with My paid for car.
2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
I bought this truck new and it's been great. I have 70,000 trouble free miles on it. My first and only real expense so far was the emergency brake. You have to take the rear axle out to fix it, the line sags eventually on all of them. It was almost a grand but included changing the rear differential which needed to be done anyway. other than that this truck is the best I've owned. I get great gas mileage (25 on the highway) it looks great, minimal rust in 7 years, no complaints.

Dick Scott Motor Mall review
Had my Jeep in yesterday for its first oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well and waited while work was being done. I really wish someone would have spent a few minutes to wipe there dirty hand prints off the car before finally shiny and to wipe some spilled oil off in the engine compartment. The vehicle was spotless upon dropping it off but not so much afterwards. It’s the small things sometimes you hat makes a huge impression.
2017 RAM 1500 review
I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

Dan Pahl did a great job showing the truck and options. Very detailed about plate transfer, insurance, oil changes, bed liner, topper, 4 wheel drive

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

I had to make an unexpected purchase of a new vehicle. Let me just say I was nervous and stressed, but "Ed. F" was very patient with me and worked hard jumping through hoops to make this purchase and transaction happen smoothly for me. Thank you so much ED! I will be back for any future vehicle I need! To all others looking for a vehicle, hookup with ED!

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

One of the best trucks I’ve ever owned. I wanted the 5.7 hemi, but wasn’t sold on the e torque. After driving it for awhile, I’m totally in love with it! 395 hp and 410 ft lbs of torque. This thing is great!!

very honest and transparent . we had a vehicle pre-purchase inspection. the car checked out great except two tires were pretty choppy. Lucas quickly got approval from manager to replace the front brakes and rotors as part of the purchase agreement. great car deal and experience all around.
2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!
