Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

Overall, the Carter boys made this a pleasant experience enough to warrant my business now and in the future. A stark contrast to my local dealers. Carter Chevy was willing to work with me in a way that local dealers would not showing that they are a dealer that have evolved/learned from COVID era deals. So much so that I decided to order directly through them and deal with the shipping hassle. I was not hounded in anyway. Some details got lost in the hundreds of emails. But, the fact Carter was willing to email with me so frequently cemented the deal. Trevor, Mike, Jason, and the parts manager are professionals that want you to enjoy the process Carter Chevy was willing to work with me in a way that local dealers would not. Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. 3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Had a nice experience. Oil & filter change. Service adviser Hunter was personable and friendly. I asked Hunter for a couple of favors which he did. Nice experience overall.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

We had no problems with the purchase of our MKX. Malachi was very professional. Paperwork took a long time, but we are very happy with the car. When our salesman was busy, another guy (Kim) helped out. That's teamwork!

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.
