I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Started online searches. Saw vehicle, and reached out to dealership. Salesperson Dawn Edsall was great. Did not crowd, or bulldozer herself upon us. Told which vehicle and the process started. Dawn was very informative, and patient with us. Great test drive…very relaxed, no pressure. Back to dealership for getting deal together. Dawn again was totally amazing with her skilled knowledge of the process. The deal reached was fair to us and the dealership. This wasn’t my first car, and the wait time to finish the paperwork was way better than other dealerships in the past. I will have them perform all service work in future. all the staff was nice, and helpful.

MY COLLEGE COLORS. EVERYONE LOVES THE COLORS. THE STYLING IS GREAT. FIRST RAM TRUCK I HAVE EVER OWNED. TOWING MY TRACTOR IS A DREAM. MY SON AND FRIEND HAVE BOTH PURCHED USED RAM DIESEL TRUCKS.

The very recent changes in the service department were needed. Much better!!! we will be back! Visit before this last one the Advisor Austin made us very uncomfortable. New management is top notch !

I had a great experience here with the help of James and Rio. I went trying get used car n they help me pick out my first new car even though I gave them a hard time. They help me purchase my first brand new suv 2 days before I birthday! I love there energy n was also pleasant! James help pick perfect suv n Rio help me figure the numbers not go above my budget! I had an appointment on August 20th for a recall on a 2022 Ford F150. I arrived early and Dane Hedgepeth took me as soon I walked in. They checked the recall and Dane came and got me, explained everything to me and was very polite, helpful, and gave me a card in case I had any questions. He is so asset to Classic Ford of Smithfield.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.
