Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! Deondrea McLaurin was very helpful especially since our original salesperson, Nicholas disappeared. I was disappointed that I was not notified that he left the organization, as I was emailing him and not getting a response. I didn't know until the car came in. All in all, a good experience, but a little disorganized. Maybe because Nick left, all the paperwork had to be redone when we arrived because the car was supposed to be registered in our 2 names but was only done for one of us. There were many clerical errors, so it took a lot longer than expected. However, everyone was professional and kind. Also, we thought we would get a military rebate, but the small print is only if you finance through Toyota, who's rate is ridiculous. This should be noted in the headline. A bit of a bait and switch. Would use them again.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I bought a 2019 new reg cab 3.6. 2wd. As of this week 126,000 miles. Did tires and brakes at 85,000. Wheel bearing at 100,000 on front. Just this week had misfire cylinder #3 and replaced plugs. Other than oil changes synthetic every 10,000 miles is only maintenance. I on occasion pull 20ft big Tex car trailer as far as Ohio to Connecticut. Not a power house but tows high way speed no problem. Back in 2019 this truck was $23,000 new. Excellent value.

*Crew Cab Laramie - gorgeous truck. Get a lot of compliments on it. Finish is very good. *HEMI has a lot of power. Goes well with the 8-speed transmission. Both have been trouble free. Averaging around 18 mpg overall. Very reliable. Back Up Cam is useful towing - you can watch your trailer / load on the screen. *Interior is plush, especially for a truck. Roomy - back seating area is like a Checker Marathon cab. Lots of useful creature comforts. Love the floor storage in the rear, Lots of cupholders - happy riders. *Things to watch for; **Moisture / condensation on windshield. Needs to be wiped off occasionally. No "leaks" found". **Condensation at rear window (with moving center section). --Irritating things; --Only bed front stake pockets have OEM covers. Need to locate / purchase covers for rear stake pockets - on a $60K+ truck? --"All painted nose" means plenty of paint chips to cover / fill. Dr Color Chip = exact color match. --Towing Assist is a PITA - it will stop the truck dead backing up with a trailer if it's not disabled. Overall, very good truck. Hauls, tows and carries without issue. Rides like a luxury car. Like any vehicle, it has minor irritating issues that are easily worked around. Don't be surprised if you can't get it into your garage. My Laramie Crew Cab with the 6'4" box is 23'8" long. The garage is 24'. Be so advised.

We made an appointment with Donnell Dawkins and he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to get the car ready for us to drive and then have the paperwork ready for us to do when we needed to. My rating of 5 is for Donnell and how smoothly the whole process was. I give it a 4 star rating only because nothing was mentioned about damage on the rear bumper which I didn’t notice until today which is the second day I had it. I didn’t open the trunk until today and noticed the damage. It looks like spider web cracking on two different areas. I can’t even imagine what could have caused that damage. I’ve seen damage in windshields that look like it but on the bumper, I can’t imagine how it happened.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

We worked with Jose Romero he was knowledgeable, very patient as I has a LOT of questions. I had also put a hold on the vehicle at another dealership. Jose was aware of this and was not pushy blow up my phone and I respected that. Besides being professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient I most appreciated him not being a pushy over the top salesman and truthfully was probably one of the main reasons why I came back. He also knew the car that I really wanted to get into and they did have one on the lot when it came available he called me immediately. Can’t say enough about our experience it was EXCELLENT. I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.
