The Joe Basil dealership family includes a Classic Car dealer. I have purchased 2 classics from this dealer. Both vehicles were transported to Texas with transport worked into the deals. Both cars were bought site unseen - first time to ever do that for me! Sight unseen was quite nerve-wracking for me. Both vehicles exceeded my expectations and have been a pure pleasure to own & drive. My sales rep was Nick for both vehicles who was easy and up front to deal with. This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Great looking truck that rides like a luxury car. The suspension is state of the art and was the deciding factor for me versus the F-150. The Uconnect system works seamlessly to provide phone connectivity and the myriad of available features make customizing your Ram a breeze.

Great customer service. Repairs done in a timely fashion. Everything was explained prior to being done. Nothing unnecessary was done. I was able to either stay at the place or be taken home.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

NY State Inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. As usual, everything went smooth as silk. Very pleased with the service department again. They always treat me as if I was special. Makes it a pleasure to visit.

Friendly and efficient service! They even found a problem that was covered under warranty and sent me to a Mazda dealer to have it taken care of rather than fixing it and charging me for it.

The heater in my truck stopped working. They were able to take me in without an appointment, figure it out, fix it and have me back on the road again in a short period of time. I didn?t lease this truck from here, but have in the past. I feel their service department does a good job when I?ve needed help!

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced
