I purchased a pre-owned Ford F150 from Capital Ford of Charlotte NC in Dec 2024, Criag Smith was my salesperson, he was very cordial and professional. Purchasing an expensive vehicle online can be a frustrating experience, only seeing pictures of the vehicle but not actually being there means you really have to trust your salesperson. Craig sent all the pictures of the vehicle I asked for and he kept me updated on the purchasing process. We also had a live Skype video where he demonstrated all the features and verified that everything I was concerned about, worked perfectly. The vehicle was shipped to me in a completely enclosed box trailer, so it arrived clean and free from any damage. Everything Craig said about the vehicle was correct, he said it was a beautiful truck, and he was right. Although Craig did a great job in presenting the vehicle, I gave them 4 stars due to a financing misunderstanding.

Like all the reviews that I read and vetted, I can honestly agree that Stephen Wade Auto Center is one of the BEST places in the United States to purchase a vehicle. The prices are very competitive and I truly believe they set the bar for customer satisfaction. Danny was amazing. Danny is most definitely NOT the "average, run of the mill" sales consultant. His patience, willingness and understanding to get you the best price and "bang for your buck" is above and beyond anything one could expect. Danny's knowledge, of Toyota vehicles combined with his kind personality truly removes all of the stress and confusion when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Danny! Clay Penrod - WOW! What a great finance manager. Very efficient and knowledgable. He is very clear in explaining options, straight forward and transparent in every aspect of add ons, supplemental warrenty packages, etc. You will know exactly everything you get without any suprises after the fact. Thank you Clay. The service department is mind blowing! I was very impressed observing first hand, the organization and cleanliness of the entire shop. It was no wonder why the very clean and comfoartable service center waiting area was so packed with people getting their vehicles serviced. The knowledge and expertise of the entire service department is over the top at Stephen Wade Toyota. What an awesome team. I would definitely refer anyone purchasing a Toyota to Stephen Wade Toyota.
