2010 Honda Accord review
This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee review

2007 BMW X3 review
I was given a 2007 BMW x3 3.0si 6mt about a year ago. It was given to me with a blown power steering line after a local shop had destroyed the rack trying to remove it. After about $1000 in parts to get the steering rack fixed (kind of complicated component in the 6mt as it’s different than the others), this is easily one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. I liked this truck so much that I made it full bolt on within a month of driving it and have enjoyed every moment. As per all BMWs, I recommend you do all the preventive maintenance before you buy, but at 120k miles I can say it’s been a blast! I totally get what BMW was going for I this thing and it’s been a pleasure. Highly recommend the 6mt E83

2012 Subaru Impreza review
Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

2012 Acura TL review

2016 Ford Focus review
I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

2000 Honda Civic review
I bought mine new in 2000 for 17,000 and put 244,000 on it. The usual timing chain, tires exhaust, the brake lines do rust out around 225,000 and the front cross member is prone to rust also but otherwise very fun to drive. Feels like a go cart and super smooth on highway . Trani start slipping at around 150,000 but changed fluid and it was like new. Hard to sell it but i probably will as too many cars

2013 Subaru Legacy review
Bought 2013 Legacy 2.5 premium in early 2014 with approximately 9k miles. Now has 88k and other than routine maintenance no other issues. 2016 Kia Sportage review

2012 Chevrolet Equinox review
I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

2015 Nissan Rogue review
Nissan ROGUE S trim, no sunroof, FWD. 14/15 year model, 7 seater. So, you are here because you are about to buy one and mix of 1 star to 5 star reviews makes you nervous. Don’t be nervous , just don’t, because you’re about to buy the best SUV on the market for that years and read: Here is how to buy it and not regret about purchasing it: Mainly because of ZERO GRAVITY SEATS. ITS PURE MAGIC!!! Short story first: We bought it used with around 60.000 miles back in 2019. At that time I was a mechanic but not yet ASE certified lol. So I was very nervous about our purchase - all my bank money was about to be gone for the car - didn’t use bank credit. AND I STARTED SEARCHING, SEARCHING AND SEARCHING AGAIN. Let me share my experience: I knew that the main problem was CVT. How to verify that it’s good before purchasing the car? BYU an OBD dongle VEEPEAK as example (not a Bluedriver!) Aquire an Android phone or tablet. Download CVT50 and pay the Full version $4.99 as of 2026 (later in your mind will sound like “FREE 99” lol) YouTube how to use it. Install dongle to desired car, connect to your android (no iOS arrrrr), start the car. Find deterioration counter in app by clicking “read CVT” IFyou see something above 1500 - JUST RUN. It’s that easy. Actually app shows red flag and sign “Transmission failure” if it’s above 3000. Once you acquire the car - do whole transmission fluid change with filters replacement and wiping bottom pan inside (flush if you want, but better not to… Actually you can do it by yourself within 2-3 hours at your driveway. Make sure: USE ONLY AND ONLY OEM NS-3 FLUID AND OEM FILTERS there is 2 of them in the transmission. When you will install the transmission oil pan back - DO NOT OVERTORQUE THOSE BOLTS!!! We got lucky and it was only around 90 on ours. So technically in supreme condition. So far after 6 years being lucky 3rd owner: 1. AC fan replaced by myself with used. 2. Major leak inside the driver side from rain - known recall was honored by Nissan thanks to JAMES PUGH - GOD BLESS HIM!!! at Nissan global HQ and fixed at/by local Nisan dealership. 3. Tailgate bulbs replaced. This is it. Oh forgot OEM oil filters and Royal Purple only 0w-20 every 5k miles. I knew the guy who drove all possible cars from one auto auction to another around 100k ride on daily basis, and he said, that most comfortable seats only Nissan have among all cars even M, AMG, GTI, R, RS and many other combinations of fancy letters top tier cars. 2015 Subaru Outback review
I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

2010 Nissan Murano review
Have a 2010 AWD Ti has done 340k not missed a beat until recently had fuel injector fail and wear and tear starting to show but still very responsive. Engine inside also seems to have more build up than what i would've expected having had regular servicing. dont know if thats common , just an observation. I love the Bose system , has a sub in tire well and pumps loud. Leather seats very comfortable . Electric tailgate and sunroofs pretty cool. Is a pleasure to drive with good visability

2014 Chevrolet Traverse review
I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.

2011 Saab 9-3 review
First with the problem.... finding parts. It is now years since Saab closed down and I have had to do some hunting for parts for the very rarely needed repairs. It has been an excellent driving, reliable, quiet, and comfortable car! If you are comfortable searching online and crossing fingers when you buy a part then this is an excellent choice for the money! So sad that they are no longer being made.... I have owned this vehicle for a little over 6 1/2 years, was the third owner and put the most mileage on the vehicle.
