Great customer service! Pleasant environment and friendly people. All service options were explained to me in detail by Marshall. This made my decision much easier. A dealer is only as good as its service dept.

I was leasing a 2016 Kia Optima through this dealership and loved how smooth the process was with that car, I was in for an oil change and had decided to look into buying out my lease since my mileage was starting to add us. Dave Zaprev was so knowledgeable and kind through the whole process. After all my questions and concerns we went over the benefit of just buying a new car vs keeping my lease. The were able to get me a fantastic deal within my price range. I love my Kia and honestly would not go to any other dealership. The service from the salesmen, to the finance managers and even all the way back to the service advisors in outstanding. Thank you all again for your help!
We recently bought a 2007 Lexus, at Lexus of Milwaukee, and worked with Jerry Lewis and Chris White. They were both fantastic!! We were so impressed with the professional and personable way we were treated. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and a no-pressure environment. All of our questions were patiently answered. We were shown the utmost care and respect throughout the entire process. Chris and Jerry and the Lexus staff made us feel like we were purchasing a brand-new vehicle! We have already recommended them to others and are very much enjoying our new-to-us Lexus!
I drive over 300 miles to come to this dealership and these service consultants specifically. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I trust these guys completely with anything my car needs- they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need
I know most people don't care about a dealers reviews its always about the price but as for me being a former Sales Mgr at a dealership for 10 yrs i know that reviews do matter it says a lot about whether a dealer cares about its customers or not thats why i traveled almost 2 hrs to Direct Auto team in Canton and driving by many many other dealers along the way. After arriving i was allowed to take the car for a test drive alone which gave me a chance to really get a feel for the car i even pulled over and spent about 20 minutes just looking things over and trying every button and lever to make sure they all worked.After getting back to the dealership i sat with Nick in sales and met Dimitry the Mgr who came over to introduce himself. All can say is the buying experience was great everyone was very friendly and i felt absolutely no pressure what so ever. I left there that day with a great deal and went home with the car i wanted.I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone! And i hope this review does matter!!!!!
Outstanding sales person award should go to Haley Botz . I saw one truck online and she pretty much had a deal together before I left for a 4 hour drive . She did so much work negotioting for me without even knowing if I would come buy the truck. Then when I got there I saw another truck that caught my eye , she was amazing with her attitude and went back to helping me with negotioting a fair price for us and her company . She has a way of creating a deal with out the" pushy sales pitch " because her attitude was amazing I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from her .
I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
