Fitzgerald Toyota GaithersburgReviews
Fitzgerald Toyota Gaithersburg review
As returning customer my experience was again top tier. I was immediately welcomed and received VIP treatment. Everyone had a great attitude and very helpful. My overall experience was not stressful at all. I traveled from Baltimore looking for a particular car and was offered a great deal on a different car by the John Albright as I was waiting for my appointment. I felt like John saw me looking stressed and came to save the day. My salesman, Andy was very professional, honest and very helpful. I would recommend everyone to give Fitzgerald Toyota a visit. You will not be disappointment.

The car was awesome! Very reliable and got great gas mileage! The only reason I'm getting rid of the car is that I need something bigger.

Found this vehicle on CarGurus. Everything went very smooth from start to finish. This company takes pride in detailing their cars before selling. Keith, my sales rep was personable, straight forward, and trustworthy. This place operates the opposite of a big dealer and in a good way too. Also, Sami was a delightful person to converse with in the main office!
2010 Scion xD review
I drove it mostly, & I liked it. My husband drove it one day& got T-Boned by another car. The Scion was impressive. He survived without life long injuries. Considering another Scion, but wondering if I would have problem s maintaining a discontinued model.????

2012 Scion iQ review
Actually have a black scion iq, 2012 200k. Runs great, parts availability is high, diy on most things very high. Cheap on gas and insurance and parking. Selling mine cuz i dont drive anymore but its a fun car to drive and its reliable as heck. Perfect for city and burbs, perfect for delivery gig work and for teaching how to drive for newbies. You can use 185 55 for tires instead of the recommended 170 60's that u cannot evr find.

2010 Scion xD review
Great used car. A little cramped for the driver. Wish the seat had adjustment for height. Otherwise I love the reliability and MPG (average combined 36-38 with a stick). Very practical and can haul a decent amount of gear. Bought mine in 2020 with 89K and now have 122k only needing snow tires for the New England winter.

I have the 5 speed manual and am extremely happy with it. Super reliable never a single problem with it. If I had to nit-pick I'd say road noise maybe not the greatest above 65 mph. Great gas mileage. Seems to be built like a tank. Highly recommended....

Vehicle was impressive enough and priced accordingly for me to drive from KY to VA to get it. Upon arrival I was treated nice and my questions were answered thoroughly. Transaction was quick and easy. I would definitely make the drive again for the quality of vehicle and service received. So far my car is doing great! Thank you!
2005 Scion xA review
Jimbo. -Updating my Review! Bought my 2005 Xa with 159k miles. - I just crossed 190k! NEVER an Engine Light... Yet. I do use the Basic FIXED OBT2 and Blue Driver OBT2. No Codes on them either. Using Mobile One Syn, Royal Purple... 5w-30w and best filters to match at 7k intervals. Oil is still "honey-colored" after 7k. Good Air filters too. Getting the brakes checked tomorrow. No issues... just a rear brake creaking. That's the only issue I have to this point. STILL... NO OIL USEAGE between oil changes. No Coolant added since Fluid replace at 159k. Averaging 37.2 MPG on 75% Highway Driving. Scion rated 32/37 Originally. I am using Non-Ethanol Fuel however. I love this car! Hitting a deer and getting only a thousand bucks in value does worry me. I love this little Scion Bug... more than my wife!!! -More Reliable!

J.B.A. KiaReviews
J.B.A. Kia review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service at KIA Glen Burnie! I honestly cannot say enough great things about KIA Glen Burnie, especially Rob Sipes and the entire service team. Their customer service has been absolutely outstanding, and this is exactly how automotive service should be done. No muss, no fuss, no pressure, and absolutely no xx. They get your vehicle in on time, take care of the service that needs to be done, and treat you with honesty, professionalism, and respect. There is no attempt to upsell you on things you don't need, no unnecessary runaround, and no feeling that you're being taken advantage of. Just straightforward, honest service from people who clearly take pride in what they do. Rob and his team make the entire experience easy and hassle-free. That might sound like a simple thing, but anyone who has dealt with dealerships knows just how rare and refreshing that can be. KIA Glen Burnie has earned my trust and my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership service department that genuinely puts the customer first. Rob Sipes and the entire team deserve a huge thank-you for doing things the right way. Keep up the fantastic work! If you're looking for honest, professional, no-pressure service, do yourself a favor and give these folks a try. You won't be disappointed!

Car gets excellent mileage and lasts forever. For a small car the amount of room is amazing, especially when hauling stuff with the seats down.

Our experience with CarsIndex was fantastic! We were shopping for our daughter's first affordable used car. I came across CarsIndex through browsing used vehicles on the CarFax website. We were warmly greeted by our salesperson, Steph. We let him know which vehicle we were interested in. He pulled it up and prepared it for a test drive. The vehicle was in great condition! Our daughter loved it! The purchasing process was smooth and pain-free! THIS is how business SHOULD be conducted! I highly recommend Steph and the CarsIndex team for your next auto purchase! 💯
