This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

I had a 2022 Elantra and loved it. It was time to upgrade my car, so I went with Elantra again. So far, this one has been great as well. My 2022 drove for 118,876 miles and had no issues with it. Hope to get the same from the 2026. Rides smooth and great on gas. I did get the sport model, and it looks really nice. Would really recommend it.

After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

The people at this store are total professional in every sense. I used to do business in Atlanta, but these guys have my business for life.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I bought my 2017 Mazda 6 Touring new, and have absolutely loved the car. It looks amazing, the interior feels like a much more expensive car. It's also fun to drive- agile, smooth, athletic. It's not a "fast" car per se, but it's fast enough, and has great chassis dynamics. It has been bulletproof, not a single issue with it. Gas mileage is quite good, too. The only criticism I have is that the original tires were too noisy. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 season, and they are much better.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle let alone having a vehicle that I was able to purchase on my own! My salesperson James and Rebeca from finance were absolutely awesome! James’ communication was a solid 10/10, he listened, paid attention, and took into consideration of what I could afford and what was interested in! I already had multiple issues at other dealerships with the salesperson not listening from the jump and trying to push vehicles on me that were way out of my price range or either putting little to no effort in due to my price range! So, I was already discouraged and ready to give up prior to even finding a car at Step One Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat here in Crestview, but James and the Rebecca went above and beyond to the point where I literally cried! They worked with me to insure I walked away with the vehicle of my choice despite last minute issues with the bank I went through to get financed from. this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

I worked with the sales person, Blanca Lopez when ordering my new BMW. I initially was called to see if I had an interest in taking advantage of the great equity to that I had in my 2018 BMW X6. With further discussion, we were able to come to an agreement on not purchasing what was in stock, but actually ordering one with the exact specs that I desired. The ordering process was explained to me, and an anticipated delivery date was provided. Once the vehicle arrived earlier than expected, Blanca was great in coordinating the pick up time and date. Blanca was great throughout the whole process and is very customer oriented and highly recommended!

Car does everything. The only thing that this car cannot do is fly. The BMW seven series is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend anyone to take it for a drive and you’re sold.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.
