I bought a 2021 Mustang Mach E for my son and I thought it would be more complicated getting the $4000 rebate but it ended up taking 2 minutes. Highly recommend if you are trying to get the IRS rebate on EV’s.

I would give a 5 star review however, I received my vehicle as of yet. What I will say is that everything went good as far the purchase of the vehicle. They answered all of my questions as well as sent me photos and video of the vehicle. All in all my experience was great. Thanks to Robert he was helpful and made me comfortable with my purchase even with me being from out of state. Thank you Highland Auto and Thank you Robert !!!!

We purchased a Tesla from Highline and had a great experience. Bekim was our salesman and he was extremely responsive, professional, and willing to work with me to get a deal done that we were both happy with. He was a steady and helpful resource while we navigated the purchase and transportation of the vehicle after the sale. I highly recommend Bekim and Highline.

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

GENESIS OF BLOOMINGTON-NORMAL review
Javier was excellent, probably gave us too much for our SUV. His follow up service has been impeccable. Would recommend you shop with him for a new SUV.
