Bought a used GLS-550 w 88k miles (long distance purchase), without seeing/driving the car. They delivered it to my door. It showed up as practically new and fully serviced. The car has been fantastic so far (3 months).

They have been my dealership for servicing since I bought my truck from them. The service department team have a really good service manager Jason and the service team guys and women are detail with their customers and explain all before servicing and afterwards extensively so you leave satisfied. The operators who work the phone calls in to the dealorship are exceptional as well and they don’t get enough praise for their detailed work as well taking all the calls to direct where to go to keep the dealership in order. The billing department and car sales team are good as well or I wouldn’t have purchased a truck off their lot. Worth a look for your next ride at the dealorship …

After being totally uninspired with my ‘go to’ Japanese brands, I decided to test drive a VW Tiguan. I test drove one at another dealer but they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. I was searching online and spotted a Tiguan with the exact features/color I was looking for. It was marked down a significant amount as well. After returning, he gave me a tour of the dealership and shared the many President’s Awards they’ve earned over the years—clearly well deserved. When it came time to talk numbers, they offered me a great deal. I wasn’t quite ready to commit, but then Joey, the manager, came over and asked if I wanted to drive the car home. I was already seriously considering purchasing it, but that simple act of trust and kindness sealed the deal. I’m almost 50 and a school teacher. The car is safe, but the respect I was shown in that moment was priceless.
