Excellent experience from start to finish. The sales representative met me on a timely basis at our appointed time. He already had the three cars I was interested in lined up ready for a test drive. The whole experience was flawless.

Fantastic customer service during the sale's process. Jonathan Rachal allowed us to brouse through the new and previously owned inventory and offered his support as we requested it. We decided on a CPO 2026 Outback and negotiated the purchase via text and phone calls due to living 3-ours out of Houston. The experience was easy and extremely professional. We arrived at a scheduled time and in less than 1.5 hours we were on our way home with every detail exactly as we had agreed upon. Jonathan, job extremely well done!

Jordan English was truly wonderful. She has infinite knowledge and experience in the leasing component of a car and she was exactly who I needed at the very right time of my long held idea to trade my Crosstrek 2021 to walk right into the lease of a beautiful 2026 Forester. I recommend that every wondering and wandering person meet with her! She’s fun and totally enlightening and makes the entire experience worth it on a late Friday and Saturday. I would engage in the experience all over again just to meet with her. Thank you, Jordan! I am completely SOLD on not only leasing but also on the exact vehicle experience that I had. You’ve a most valuable employee, Austin Subaru!

I was able to quickly be seen, vehicle was evaluated, parts were available, and I scheduled to drop the car off the next morning. The Subaru location is beautiful and easily seen from the interstate, which is the reason why I ended up in Buda with my car. The work was completed that I had approved and I was able to get my car back the same day. A loaner vehicle was brought up, if the vehicle was going to remain for more work, but was not necessary. I was glad to know it was going to be available. Multiple texts and phone calls were made to update me and I loved the ability to approve work through their online system by using my phone. Everything went smoothly and I think most people would enjoy the easy access to what was happening to their vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future for any work we need. Thanks City Limits Subaru of Buda!

City Limits Subaru review
I hate to parrot the other great reviews. But I will. We too hate all the issues in buying a new car. City Limits Subaru changed that after all our years of buying cars but dreading it. City Limits Subaru was the greatest. Car selection was fantastic. Even better was everyone at the dealership was above and beyond any other auto dealer. The staff was attentive, respectful, very efficient, knowledgeable and, no pressure at all. No pressure with the sale of the vehicle or the finance department. If I could I’d buy another vehicle from them tomorrow. Believe me when I say City Limits Subaru has no limits.
2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

City Limits Subaru review
As always, I found everything to be outstanding!! This time I was there for my regular scheduled maintenance. From the time I entered the facility and until the work is completed, I feel that I came to the right place. Not only is the building, a State of Art, but the personnel are so caring to your situation. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my Service Advisor, Jesse Bracamont. he is to definitely an asset to City Limits Subaru.

Subaru of GeorgetownReviews
Subaru of Georgetown review
Very positive! Was helped by Jason Clark, who went above and beyond! He even took a video of him showing the car, sent me a cost estimate, and answered my questions. He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! Nice team at Georgetown Subaru! Thank you, particularly Jason! Also, knowing the Subaru had been looked over and problems fixed from a Subaru dealer was a big plus for my comfort level.
