I went in looking for a safe, sturdy vehicle for my our college student. Ricardo, the sales rep, met with us and brought us around to view several options. He also listened to our options and needs and got us into the right vehicle. He was very patient even when we changed our decision to another trim at the last minute. Because of his insight and knowledge we wound up buying 2 through trade in. The financial part was smooth even when dealing two vehicles. The show floor was clean and well maintained. Awesome experience.

We had our older outback serviced here and then we traded for a new one. The service has always been good and friendly people. When we traded and bought our new one, the sales and finance persons were just as good. Nice waiting area as well with water refill and snacks. Great place!

The service was excellent from beginning to end. We had first spoken to the service manager Lisa Pena who was very friendly and attentive. When my husband was waiting for our car she personally went to ask him if we had received the lock for our tires that we needed replaced. The service we received went above and beyond. Our car came out serviced and clean, looking brand new. We were very pleased with the service.

Findlay Subaru Prescott review
We had not planned to buy a car - just to evaluate several cars. The Subaru Forester had great reviews. Rowdy, our contact person was friendly, knowable and offered great options for our needs. The whole experience was great. We felt no pressure and only helpful. Rowdy even drove the purchased car to our home 45 miles away and returned with our trade-in, which they bought sight-unseen.

Heuberger SubaruReviews
Heuberger Subaru review
My wife and I recently visited Heuberger Subaru with the goal of selling our old vehicle, and while we were there, we happened to find another vehicle that we liked so much we decided to purchase it—all in the same day! We were fortunate to work with our salesman, Harry Schultz, who made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Harry was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we received a fair price on our trade-in, making the sale quick and hassle-free. He then guided us through purchasing our new vehicle with no pressure or unexpected fees. On top of Harry’s fantastic service, we also had an exceptional experience with Cole Collins, the Service Manager, and his team. They were incredibly helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable, providing us with everything we needed to feel confident in our decision. Knowing we had a reliable team to support us made all the difference. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, or need quality service, my wife and I highly recommend Heuberger Subaru. The dedication to customer satisfaction from both Harry and Cole’s teams truly made this an exceptional experience, and we couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle!

Brown Automotive Group review
There?s a reason this dealership has been around for so long. The owners have chosen a business process that works and is modeled specifically for a positive owner experience! My business is to help dealers take their store to the next level and I have been in many across this country. Browns is definitely high on my list of first impressions and I?m glad to have stumbled across them. Thank you to the staff for a great buying experience.

Findlay Subaru Prescott review
I have been dealing with Findlay Subaru for a long time when you are treated like family you stick with family. We have only dealt with Michael Fister as our sales person and Jason I just can't say enough about this dealership. I have read reviews that other people leave for other dealerships some were good and some not so much.I tell them all the time how we fill about them and it gets personal at times. I'M sorry about the long review but it fills good knowing that they care about us so I say thank you and GOD BLESS

Jack Boehm was the best salesman we ever worked with. He was honest, helpful, accommodating, attentive and even came in on his vacation day off to deliver our car. He was the only salesman including all the other dealerships that never tried to up sell us when we ordered an outback. He was truly amazing. Abbigail in finance was also fabulous to work with.

Heuberger Subaru review
Hello, I just wanted to take a minute to reach out to the Manager of the Service Dept and Dealership and tell you how much I appreciate Zeb Holmgren for the help and outstanding customer service he has given my family and I with servicing, repairs and keeping our Subarus on the road. My wife and two kids have Subarus and as busy as everyone is I'm the last to hear about any kind of problem they may be having with their cars. I also work and just don't have the time to deal with a lot of the issues unless very, very minor. Pretty much anything beyond topping up the windshield washer fluid, checking air pressure and oil - that is when I pick up the phone and call Zeb. I have found Zeb to be most professional, extremely knowledgeable about our cars, no matter what we're coming to him with and always friendly and congenial. Zeb is either there, or if I leave a message for him, quick to respond. You know it's not so much about the Dealership as it is about the people that work there. Hey don't get me wrong - it is a phenomenal Dealership - Sales, Service and Parts Dept (& coffee bar) from the front door to the back. It is really about people you know you can trust, that are honest, knowledgeable and make you know that they "have your back" and are always there for you. You know my Dad, sadly no longer with us, who was a car nut, would have loved Heuberger Subaru. He told my two brothers and I that you have to keep your car ready to get on the road in the event of an unplanned emergency. When something breaks, you get it fixed right now. Otherwise after numerous things go out on your car - you are driving an undependable junker, whether new or old. You have to know that you can depend on your car to get you to where you need to go day or night. Of course things can happen. Several years ago when our Outback overheated in Texas, the first people I called was Heuberger Subaru Service in CoS. They (Zeb & Bernard) advised me on what to do and were involved in getting help from Subaru of America, getting our car fixed and back to Colorado. We count on Zeb and Heuberger Subaru Service & Parts Dept to take care of our family cars. Thank you Zeb! We appreciate you! Bill Mitchell & family

I was hesitant to try Autonation due to impression that they do not actively negotiate. I was pleasantly surprised at their first offer and value of trade in. I would recommend.
