This and previous experience with this dealer has been great. I just have one issue came in for an oil change at 11,367 miles chose the 6000 mile maintenance service since I didn’t need air filters and such which I’ve already replaced the final invoice shows the car was brought in at 11,367 miles and that I paid for the 6000 Service interval but then it tells me my next oil change is due at 12,000 miles. I think the system should be corrected. It makes me wonder what will show on the Carfax when the car is sold.

The exchange was cordial and informative. Had a delay in obtaining a tire, so I agreed to be driven to my home, picked up later when work was done. Absolutely charming young lady did the driving, name maybe Marichel Lee? We chattered all the while, interesting connection between an old man of 84 and a young woman who won’t see her 80’s for 60 years. The work on my Forester was done and done well.
