Guillermo, the manager, was outstanding with his customer service. He provided amazing courtesy towards me but the shop manager was not very helpful or nice at all. Instead of calming me down, he called me aggressive and started laughing at me while seeing how upset I was. He is very rude and needs to be retrained in customer service. He should not be interacting with customers if he cannot exemplify the best customer service experience that the Toyota dealership has to offer . The cashier who checked me out also acted as if she could barely stand to be there. She needs to learn how to put a smile on her face and not act as if she hates her job. I truly believe that Guillermo saved the day and I am very grateful for his enthusiastic care and wonderful hospitality that he showed me. Thank you Guillermo!!!!

I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Took my car in for service and Maria Lopez was very helpful at first she told me my scheduled service would take 90 minutes because they booked too many cars at once I told her that wouldn’t work I live 40 minutes away and needed to be home so she promptly got it service it took about 20 minutes. They washed my car after I just spent $20 at car wash and there water leaves spots because they don’t dry it I was very frustrated that they didn’t ask if I wanted my car washed.
