The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. The Subaru Solterra is an exceptional vehicle, offering a smooth drive and excellent road grip. Among the vehicles I've experienced, it stands out for its superior handling and comfort. However, there's a notable drawback: the charging speed. Subaru of America's advertised charging times don't align with reality; the Solterra charges significantly slower than most electric vehicles. It's ideal for city driving, but for those frequently embarking on long journeys, it may not be the best choice. There's a growing number of Subaru Solterra owners expressing dissatisfaction with the charging speed, despite loving every other aspect of the car. It's an area where Subaru of America hopefully will make improvements - but as of now appear silent on the issue.
