Since my first experience two years ago, up through yesterday when I purchased my new 2017 Limited Forester at Kirby Subaru, I can't say enough about how accommodating the entire staff at Kirby Subaru performs and interacts with consistancey - they honored my seriousness of making a second Kirby Subaru new car purchase.
Two years ago I originally purchased a new 2015 Outback Limited at Kirby, a great amazing car which I loved. Recently I found it was time to move into a tad smaller vehicle for my current needs. My two years of experience history with the Outback's regular scheduled car maintenance and service at Kirby Subaru has been so stellar. When I would have car performance concerns, the service department immediately fully checked things were in fact truly in order and working, no problem. The comfort of knowing my car and I was being taken such good care of sold me on needing this security endlessly - hence only to buy my next car at Kirby Subaru. I did, I am so Happy, I LOVE the fact that Kirby Subaru is a such strong trust factor I can rely on and find a sense of value as an honored customer. Everything the idea of a trusted Dealership is can be found at Kirby Subaru - Seriously, they all demonstrate such a superb sense of pride in ownership of being apart of a great establishment! My old school expectations have been FANTASTICALLY met and Kirby Subaru exceeds excellence!!! I am honored and thankful to be apart of this entity as I will be getting my new car services at Kirby Subaru again!! YEAH!!
This 2nd Kirby car buying event took me 4 weeks to do test drives, consider all the options and finally decide. Each week I was welcomed and accommodated to drive another inventory vehicle of my request. So many Sales Consultants helped me when I would randomly show up to do yet another test drive of another different new car option - so very thankful! Jordan French and Bob "Indy" Thacker, each were extremely respectful towards my long lengthy new car buying decision making process. Without a doubt now there would be no other dealership I would even consider after each of their genuine qualities, receptively listening sales process assistance -each are such great Sales Consultants in their own right! My experience has seen how ALL the Sales team members DO work together in support of each other and their Dealership; it has been such a joy to be a shopper with these individuals there! I am so appreciative for the kindness and understanding given towards my sales service process needs and wavering, always followed by specially helping me learn just which new car might become the perfect fit for me to purchase - finally the 2017 Forester Limited became my match. I found that I needed to continue having many of the same Outback Limited features, with Blind-Spot Detection and Rear-Cross Traffic Alert features a must to have again in the next new car. The test drive conversations allowed me to learn more about feature updates for the Subaru brand vehicles (Impreza's, Crosstrek's, Forester's)and I needed to test drive them all. Consistently for the last two years Howard Korey, the 1st Sales Manager of my Outback deal has been receptive and helpful in answering my getting ready to buy and most recent trade-in readiness questions, followed by helping to connect me with Sales Consultants. I was not the easiest type of client, but no matter, Howard demonstrated solid support as did John French, Sales Manager, who was outstanding in working with me at the critical negotiation moments, so human and professional. The finance transaction was the most pleasant of any and all of my six new car transactions spanning over 18 years; Steve Curtis the Finance Manager was super efficient and helpful, making that process smooth and quicker than ever.
Again, I speak from real experience, two times now, Kirby Subaru is an Awesome dealership! Congrats on all their great service to buyers of these great cars!
