The staff were very friendly, and my salesman, Burak, made the entire process as easy as possible. He listened to what was important to me, guided me toward the best options, and helped me find my perfect car without trying to upsell me or push me beyond my budget. I truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and customer-focused approach. I highly recommend working with Burak if you're looking for a stress-free car-buying experience!

I arrived a little early but was checked in promptly. Since I did not have a ride home, I waited for my service to be completed, which was done in less than 2 hours. My service rep, Tommy Hatcher, was very helpful and I really enjoy working with him.

Ken Ganley Subaru BedfordReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
When I initially walked into Ken Ganley Subaru in Bedford to start the process of buying a used car, I was immediately greeted by Mike who was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. My prior car had been totaled out from an accident, and this was an unexpected purchase. I had to wait a few days for the insurance settlement to come in. And in that time I made sure to have everything ready to go to hopefully limit the time I had to spend at the dealership. I made an appointment with Mike to make sure he had the dedicated time to spend with me. When I arrived, he told me he was wrapping up paperwork with someone else, which was fine. But through the afternoon it became apparent he was continuing to work with them at the same time he was working with me. But the time I had been there 2.5 hours I still had not found the car I wanted despite Mike having told me he?d ?be right back with keys to another car for me?? I wound up working with James to get the process moving and by the time he was involved, the process seemed to move much smoother. I left the dealership around 6:00 PM with my 2026 Forester. I would have very much appreciated having the dedicated time set aside for me. I was frustrated with the length of time it took for the process of finding the car that I wanted. Outside of that, everything else was great.

My experience at next step was great, my salesman Matt made the experience even better took time to explain everything and broke down prices to make it understandable and vehicle I purchased was the icing on the cake!
2024 Subaru Forester review
the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

Audi Cuyahoga Falls review
My wife and I just bought a new to us 2015 Audi Q5 form Josh Obenreder and wanted to write a review to express how happy we are that we got to deal with him. This dealer is by far the best Audi dealer that I have had a chance to deal with. As far as used cars go this one was immaculate both visually and mechanically. I am a Master Auto Tech by trade and Audi Certified, I drove 250 miles to deal with this dealer over any local dealer. The first thing I did when I got home was put the Q5 on a lift to install a new set of snow tires. I found all the brakes to be serviced, filters changed, oil changed and level properly set, drive belts looked new. They treated this car like a new car sale and it showed through. I wish I could go back and buy 10 more!! I will be back.

2024 Subaru Forester review
Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review for three of your employees.... Charles Clark, Ravi Patel and Joel Cruz. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!

Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted review
★★★★★ Excellent Buying Experience, From Negotiation Through Home Delivery I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT from Ken Ganley Westside Subaru, and overall, it was one of the better car buying experiences I've had. Nearly the entire transaction was handled remotely, including negotiations, financing arrangements, and ultimately delivery of the new vehicle to my home and pickup of my trade-in. Jackie Lemmo deserves considerable credit for getting the process started on the right foot. We exchanged numerous emails while I was comparing vehicles and pricing from several dealerships. Jackie was responsive, patient, and willing to take my questions and offers to Robert Brown, who worked with her to put together a very competitive deal. Ultimately, Ganley's pricing on the exact vehicle and color we wanted was compelling enough to earn our business. Once we agreed on the vehicle and pricing, Mike Berges took over the transaction and coordinated the remaining details. Mike was friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. He helped arrange the financing, trade-in, and delivery logistics, answering questions along the way. Rather than requiring us to drive to the dealership, Ganley brought our new Outback directly to our home, completed the paperwork, and took our old Outback back with them. That convenience was greatly appreciated. The purchase price was excellent, the trade-in allowance was fair, and the financing terms were attractive. Throughout the sales process, I felt the dealership was making a genuine effort to earn our business rather than simply pressure us into a purchase. There were some misunderstandings surrounding the warranty, and the final paperwork reflected a different plan than the one I had negotiated. I recognize that I should have reviewed those details more carefully before signing, but it was nonetheless a disappointing part of an otherwise excellent experience. To Ganley's credit, when I raised the concern afterward, Mike remained responsive and worked to get management involved. Robert Brown personally contacted me, discussed the situation, and offered a couple of reasonable solutions. We ultimately reached a satisfactory resolution, and Ganley followed through as promised. I'm giving Ganley five stars because the overwhelming majority of the experience was excellent. Jackie and Robert worked hard to put together a competitive deal, Mike did an outstanding job coordinating the purchase and home delivery, and management ultimately stood behind its commitment to resolve my concern. My advice to future buyers is the same advice I'd give anyone purchasing a vehicle: carefully review the details of any extended warranty or finance-office products before signing. That's an important lesson regardless of where you buy. I would absolutely recommend Ken Ganley Westside Subaru, particularly Jackie Lemmo and Mike Berges, and I wouldn't hesitate to consider them again for a future purchase. Thank you to everyone involved for making what is often a stressful process remarkably convenient and, overall, very positive.
2024 Subaru Forester review
Very dependable and reliable vehicle regardless of the terrain traveled. The perfect vehicle for older folks or those with knee problems. Seat height is perfect, you can slide in and out of the seat with ease. Smooth ride and overall great vehicle.

Brunswick Auto Mart review
Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! The sales team was very helpful and made the buying process very quick and stress free. Definitely recommend. If you check this dealer out make sure to ask for Richard or Tre!

Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted review
Gannon was fantastic as usual. He was very knowledgeable about all the various model subarus sold. He was available when I could meet with him. I was interested in an 2026 Outback Touring XT and he took hos time with all my questions. I had to come back a couple times to finalize the deal and he took his time with me. Last year he helped my wife with a 2025 Forester Touring model that she purchased.
2024 Subaru Forester review
I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.
