Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived a bit early for my appointment and they took me right away. And was I was on my way in a little over an hour. Thanks Rye Subaru.

After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. I have nothing but praise for the gentleman that guided me through the whole buying process. The vehicle is being prepped as I write this review. Should I need to purchase another vehicle in the future, not only will this dealership be on my list, I will not hesitate to recommend it with friends, relatives and acquaintances who are currently shopping - or will shop - for their next car.

From Virginia answering our distress call to Peter who was our service representative, the personal treatment of our predicament was extraordinary. They were not only professional but also compassionate. Peter went beyond normal business procedures to communicate, diagnose and expedite repair of our Outback. We were stranded in a medical situation, from out of state. Their attitude, explanation of the problem and fast action to fix it made our medical situation more bearable. It was a most unusual and uplifting experience that we did not expect from a car problem, in the middle of being in a strange place for unhappy reasons. Thank you Peter, Virginia and the mechanics who made our safe return home possible. This is our 5th Subaru and not our last!

I am in love with my new Subaru Crosstrek. I love this excellent Sun Blaze Pearl color. I went in for the red color, but after seeing this! I loved it. Juan C. was acknowledgeable and didn't pressure me into any decisions. He professionally helped me. I recommend this Dealership to anyone. Although I purchased my Subaru out of state, I brought it into Garavelle for service for the first time today. The new facilities are impressive, but even more impressive was the high level of professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. It was refreshing to be treated with such courtesy and politeness. My service advisor, Anneli, was great, as were the others in the service department who greeted me and did their job with a smile on their face. Dave Novik was my sales person. I had experienced a bad accident and was traumatized. I needed a car and was referred to Dave. I do not like high pressure salesmen and it doesn't work for me. Dave was very accommodating to my interests in a car. He went out of his way to discuss my interests and needs in a car. He spent much time discussing various pros of each car I looked at. I never felt pressured. As a result, this was the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. I highly recommend Dave if you're interested in buying a car. I love my crosstec subaru!
