Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
I arrived a little early but was checked in promptly. Since I did not have a ride home, I waited for my service to be completed, which was done in less than 2 hours. My service rep, Tommy Hatcher, was very helpful and I really enjoy working with him.

Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted review
Overall this was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. I had a very pleasant, competent and helpful sales person who worked hard to find me the vehicle that I wanted. I was offered a fair price on the new vehicle I purchased without any haggling. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager were also pleasant to work with. I am happy with my new car purchase, and glad that I chose Subaru of North Olmstead to buy from.

2026 Subaru Forester review
I bought this 2026 Subaru Forester Premium to replace the 2026 KIA Sportage that we had bought back in November 25. The KIA wasn't bad but the service department sucks. It had peeling paint on the bumper, and they denied the warranty claim, I started thinking if they are going to deny peeling paint what happens when something goes wrong with the engine or transmission. So much for their 10-year 100,000-mile warranty, what a joke. We currently own a 2024 Subaru Outback and now the 2026 Subaru Forester. All of the Subarus that we have own have treated us good, just make sure that keep up with maintenance and they last a long time. Landers Mclartys Subaru in Huntsville, AL, treated very fair with our trade-in and price on both vehicles,

I just purchased my 2nd Outback from the extraordinary Abe Brannan. The first purchase was a breeze and the car marvelous. This time it was like working with family. From the minute you step into the showroom everyone is ready to help. Thanks Dave H., Ben, and Josh. Nick, you make buying a car so easy, thank you. Abe, not only are you a very knowledgeable young man, you are truly a wonderful person, always ready to answer my many questions. Your smile and personality are endearing. You're the BEST. Cascade is the best Dealer around and Subaru is definitely my choice. Ask for Abe!

Brunswick Auto Mart review
Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! The sales team was very helpful and made the buying process very quick and stress free. Definitely recommend. If you check this dealer out make sure to ask for Richard or Tre!

2026 Subaru Forester review
Rid is my third Subaru since 1984. First was a Subaru station wagon, had for 20 yrs, 220,000 miles. Second was a 2004 Subaru Forester. Just sold to another individual for $2,000 with 184,000 miles on it. Still running, original air, only issue was check engine light being on and couldn’t find what issue was. New owner thinks he may have identified and hoping to be fixed. I was hoping he might get another 100,000 miles out of car. He said he would be thrilled with 50,000. Just bought a brand new 2026 basic Forester. Love it even with all the new electronics on it.

Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
Jason and his team did a stellar job on my Ascent. I brought it in for the 60K service and mentioned some potential issues with RPMs and a jolting sensation. Long story short, there was a transmission issue that had to go beyond the local team, to Subaru Technical service. The diagnostic testing was very thorough, as was the communication from Jason on what was happening. I was provided a lovely loaner, so there was zero inconvenience to me. My car was fixed under the warranty, and the final bill was less than expected. The whole experience was professional, kind and thorough. I really appreciate Jason, Adam and everyone else who worked on my car.
2026 Subaru Forester review
I just recently purchased my first Subaru although all of my family members owned them for years. I purchased a touring Forester and I love it It is spacious and very quiet and ride beautifully. It's a great value and my insurance company agrees with the safeties of Subaru.

Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
Leased a VW Tiguan from Ken Ganley, Bedford, Ohio. Salesperson Howard Micenmacher assisted my wife and I. He knew the vehicle features inside and out and instantly answered all of our questions in detail. He was aware of the process for the Costco auto program which we used. Easily one of the most knowledgeable salespeople that I've ever dealt with (I'm 52). We also appreciated no pressure sales and the fact that he was very conscientious of our time. I would return to the dealership just for him.

Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
When getting my routine oil change, I had learned that my front brakes were rusted out and seized. I was told that the procedure would take over 3 hours, but it was finished in one. I get all of my Subaru parts and services from Ken Ganley Subaru in Bedford.
2026 Subaru Forester review
This is my second Subaru, I just returned a 2024 Crosstrek, after three different Rav4’s I lease. I got the 2026 Subaru Forester Onyx Sport Edition. It’s all blacked out, with 17 inch wheels and Harmon audio, remote start, panoramic sunroof, all the safety features you name. I am in love with this thing so much higher up than the Crosstrek, more pick up, roomier, just all around better. I even like it better than any of my Ravs.

The staff were very friendly, and my salesman, Burak, made the entire process as easy as possible. He listened to what was important to me, guided me toward the best options, and helped me find my perfect car without trying to upsell me or push me beyond my budget. I truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and customer-focused approach. I highly recommend working with Burak if you're looking for a stress-free car-buying experience!
