Subaru of Ann ArborReviews
Subaru of Ann Arbor review
I had two great salesman (Toyota of Ann Arbor) Zachary Hall & Jeremy McNaughton (Subaru of Ann Arbor). I originally came in to work with Zachary Hall on a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Well after test driving it, I wasn't too impressed with it. So he introduced me to Jeremy McNaughton at the Subaru dealership nextdoor to the Toyota dealership (their owned by the same owner). Well anyway so I test drove a 2020 Subaru Ascent. I fell in love with it! It drove so smooth and comfortable Ride. Even though it was late Jeremy his manager and Noah Norzaimi (Finance) stayed late to make the deal! I left at 9:30pm on Thursday and came back the next day (Friday) to sign the paperwork. I have worked with several dealerships over the years and the experience I received from both Toyota and Subaru of Ann Arbor is hands down the best service that I have ever received! The communication prior to coming in was great. I traded in my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. I will continue to come back and tell all friends and family to come here! Thank you Zachary, Jeremy & Noah for all your help! Diana Deaton

Got a great deal on a 2017 outback. Worked with Nick in sales, but everyone I met there was super nice and welcoming. Never felt pressured or like they were babysitting me. Tons of cars to choose from, and they also gave me a higher appraisal on my sunk cost trade in than two previous dealers. When it comes time to get another car, I'll definitely make the trek back from Michigan to do business with this team. A+
2026 Subaru Forester review
This is my second Subaru, I just returned a 2024 Crosstrek, after three different Rav4’s I lease. I got the 2026 Subaru Forester Onyx Sport Edition. It’s all blacked out, with 17 inch wheels and Harmon audio, remote start, panoramic sunroof, all the safety features you name. I am in love with this thing so much higher up than the Crosstrek, more pick up, roomier, just all around better. I even like it better than any of my Ravs.

Yark Subaru review
I have purchased 4 cars from Yark and never was disappointed . Great customer service and professionalism is their title . Nick is a great salesperson , I have purchased two cars from him and both times I got great deals . He has always been patient with me , and gave me time to think about my purchase . He listens to what you are really trying to get from the purchase and accommodates for it Every time I test drive the car , I never feel rushed or on time to hurry , I get to enjoy the car and see what I’m looking for . He always delivers the keys once the car is completely washed cleaned and is in mint condition and fills the car with gasoline as a complimentary . Truly makes you feel valued . Thank you Nick and thank you Yark

Suburban Subaru of Troy review
Always friendly and on time. Only problem is that you are hounded constantly to provide a review of your experience, even for something like an oil change. I appreciate their wanting feedback but they go overboard in the multiple ways they reach out for the review and never stop until one is provided. Total harassment.
2026 Subaru Forester review
I just recently purchased my first Subaru although all of my family members owned them for years. I purchased a touring Forester and I love it It is spacious and very quiet and ride beautifully. It's a great value and my insurance company agrees with the safeties of Subaru.

Great service rep, resolved issues and worked with me to keep me up to date.
2026 Subaru Forester review
I bought this 2026 Subaru Forester Premium to replace the 2026 KIA Sportage that we had bought back in November 25. The KIA wasn't bad but the service department sucks. It had peeling paint on the bumper, and they denied the warranty claim, I started thinking if they are going to deny peeling paint what happens when something goes wrong with the engine or transmission. So much for their 10-year 100,000-mile warranty, what a joke. We currently own a 2024 Subaru Outback and now the 2026 Subaru Forester. All of the Subarus that we have own have treated us good, just make sure that keep up with maintenance and they last a long time. Landers Mclartys Subaru in Huntsville, AL, treated very fair with our trade-in and price on both vehicles,

Great experience! I have not bought a new car in almost 20 years. You all made me feel very comfortable buying and quickly found me the right vehicle. Ethan Cowie was amazing to work with!

My 2nd oil change here. Professionally done! Will definitely go back here. Pay with debit if you want to avoid the 3 percent credit card fee.

Fantastic staff and relaxing waiting area. The prices are reasonable for going to a dealership, but the employees really make the experience. I've had no issues with unnecessary upselling or "bad vibes" and am so glad I purchased my Subaru here! They also have some great discounted maintenance packages that have been very useful so far

Great work done to complete satisfaction. Patronized other dealers in the area before. Finally found a home so to speak.
2026 Subaru Forester review
Rid is my third Subaru since 1984. First was a Subaru station wagon, had for 20 yrs, 220,000 miles. Second was a 2004 Subaru Forester. Just sold to another individual for $2,000 with 184,000 miles on it. Still running, original air, only issue was check engine light being on and couldn’t find what issue was. New owner thinks he may have identified and hoping to be fixed. I was hoping he might get another 100,000 miles out of car. He said he would be thrilled with 50,000. Just bought a brand new 2026 basic Forester. Love it even with all the new electronics on it.

Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.
