Although we had a horrible experience in service two weeks ago, Casey S. made the trade in and purchase of a new/used vehicle awesome! He stayed well past closing to help finalize the deal and went above and beyond in every regard! I hope this review gets to his bosses because he is an exceptional salesman. No pressure, no schtick. He made the entire process effortless.

Met with Michael, he was knowledgeable knew the product well, answered all of my questions. He explained everything I asked in a way that I could understand, not being a mechanic myself! Very professional and not pushy at all, it was an informative visit.

My 2020 Subaru Outback, purchased at Glanzmann (10-20-20) was in the Service dept. for repairs from 4-24-23 to 6-16-23. When I finally got it back it had barely 1/4 tank of gas in it & a cover to a compartment below the dashboard had not been replaced & was sitting on the front seat instead. I. E. Buckman It had

I had a real good experience with them acquiring a used Toyota Tacoma. Thanks again to Youssef K.
2026 Subaru Forester review
This is my second Subaru, I just returned a 2024 Crosstrek, after three different Rav4’s I lease. I got the 2026 Subaru Forester Onyx Sport Edition. It’s all blacked out, with 17 inch wheels and Harmon audio, remote start, panoramic sunroof, all the safety features you name. I am in love with this thing so much higher up than the Crosstrek, more pick up, roomier, just all around better. I even like it better than any of my Ravs.

This dealership exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment and they brought the car inside so it didn't have any snow to clean off. The salesman even threw in a new battery without being asked simply because he noticed the car didn't start too well.

Miller Ford Lincoln review
Erica from Miller sales beat every dealers out the door price on a new truck and then told me she could beat my credit unions rate. She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. Miller w Erica has my family's Ford buisness from now on.

CarMax LanghorneReviews
CarMax Langhorne review
I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

I came into the dealership for a specific car I saw online. It was a used 2023 Kia Sorento EX very low mileage, very clean, and drove nicely. I was torn because it had a recall, and the part was not available and uncertain of any future problems. The staff and salesperson Maria was awesome, with no pressure, and provided options on used vs. new Subaru vehicles.

Glanzmann Subaru review
Glanzmann Subaru has made my car buying experience so positive and easy. John Le and Alec Diaczenko both assisted me on different visits and treated me with patience, kindness and consideration. John became my specialist and addressed all my questions and took time to explain each feature and function on the vehicle. He put me at ease and showed me options that he felt would suit my needs and lifestyle without putting any pressure on me. I enjoyed the same level of professionalism when I dealt with Alex. Lauren Lange handled the financial transaction seamlessly. I would recommend Glanzmann Subaru to everyone and am very appreciative of their expertise and courtesy.

Glanzmann Subaru review
Working with Miles, who serves as my sales representative has been absolutely amazing. During this is an out of state purchase, my wife and I experienced a family emergency. Miles presented us with options so that we wouldn't miss out on purchasing the vehicle we've been looking for 2 months. His is an amazing person and salesman.

Joy was fantastic to work with, explaining pricing considerations in sufficient detail to help us get to yes, then taking time from her Friday night to make sure I understood the features of my new car. Definitely recommend!
