I was looking for a very specific model/features so I was looking within a 3hr travel radious near me. I found the car on cars.com originally. I sent an email as I did a lot of my car searching online. I received a prompt response from my salesmen, Dan. I explained I was driving over 3hrs to get there so I needed someone who could do the legwork for me so I would have no surprises when I got there. He spent a LOT of time emailing back and forth with me answering questions and figuring out pricing. He did a visual inspection for me and made sure it was everything I wanted. Dan was very honest and to the point, which I appreciated. Once I made the choice to make the trip, he made sure to have the vehicle inside (it was like -5 that day), and took care of a couple issues to make sure everything was perfect when I got there. The transaction was smooth when I got there. He made sure I understood the options/processes and even got me a better APR than my bank offered. Signing the paperwork with Scott was easy and he gave me a lot of good information. I spoke with at least 10 different sales persons in my search. Most places I interacted with were terrible communicators, were only interested in talking on the phone, and they didn't like to talk about pricing in advance. By Dan being very patient and thorough, he won my business. Although I'm sure Dan, and the dealer, make much more money on different cars, I still felt like I was treated like a customer should! PS. This dealership is gorgeous! Obviously it has been remodeled recently and is miles nicer than my local dealership!
