I first owned a 2013 impreza. I totaled it at 103,500 miles and bought a 2018 impreza with 7800 miles. You would think after 5 years Subaru would get their bluetooth connectivity issues fixed. But obviously not. I'm playing music in my car get out of my car with it still running, get back in my car put it in reverse and my phone randomly disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart the car. And heaven forbid you take your seat belt off a split second before you put it in park because it will beep like crazy even after it's in park! So stupid! I feel like my 2013 impreza was a little quicker as well. My 2013 had all the recall/lawsuit problems so hopefully the 2018 is better build quality . Other then those small problems it's been a great car and I like it.

The Vehicle I was looking for was there an was nice but didn't have all the features that cars.com said it had same car just not the same features which was disappointing cause it's what got me interested in the first place but I did see cars that I did like but when I asked about those features he said they didn't have them an I showed him what cars.com posted he said he didn't know why they put that there an if I went to their website I would see they didn't post that an it wasn't on theirs at all that sucked but thanks anyway

The sound, the handling, and the joy of driving this 2007 base model Impreza sedan is definitely a diamond in the rough for little cost of entry. Although most know and recognized the wrx and sti models for their performance this model still gives you decent power and similar driving feel along with that symphonic experience exhaust note minus the turbo of course.

I ordered a new 2019 Ascent from Brad Lunar of Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe back in February 2018 (the first week Subaru was taking orders). Subaru started making deliveries in June and I received the 3rd Ascent received by Ganley in Wickliffe. Brad and Mike Kaminski kept me informed throughout the process and while they weren't offering any deals on the Ascent due to the high demand and limited production, they did work with me on the trade of my 2016 Outback. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and while the process is always a little painful, dealing with the guys at Ganley Wickliffe is relatively pain-free. The 2019 Ascent is the 2nd Subaru, I've purchased from Ganley Wickliffe and the 6th Subaru that I've owned in my lifetime. I love the car and its a good group of people at Ganley Wickliffe. They are low pressure and well informed.

We needed to purchase a good clean used vehicle for our son. We purchased a 2009 Honda Civic LX. It is his first car and required to get him to his first professional employment (a summer internship). Kelly Derrick was our salesman and took excellent care of us. During the initial test drive, we discovered that the air conditioner was not working. After committing to the purchase price of the car, Ganley stated that they would fix it. We discovered the fix to be a multi-day process. On Day One they recharged the system with coolant, we picked up the vehicle to discover that the coolant leaked out of the system and the AC was blowing warm air. On Day Two Ganley discovered a couple of additional major components that needed to be replaced, the compressor and the condenser. True to their word, Ganley replaced these components at no additional cost to us. On Day Three we picked up the vehicle and are now happy owners. Kelly did a terrific job of keeping us informed of the status of the ongoing repair. I am fairly certain that Ganley did not account for the final cost of the AC repair in their asking price for the vehicle. I am also pretty sure that they did not profit from the sale of our vehicle. Yet they honored their commitment to repair the AC (on their dime!). It is refreshing to find a dealership with such integrity and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone. In a bit or "small world" irony, the car was originally sold as a new vehicle by Bob Androsko at MotorCars Honda. Bob is my former neighbor, friend on the staff at Ganley's. Dan Clements, Shaker Hts

I'm at the very beginning of using my new Subaru Impreza and I can not rejoice that this is exactly what I wanted, there is enough space for legs and shoulders, the car is fast and very maneuverable and most importantly has all wheels drive like the rest of Subaru. Very pleased with the purchase and especially the price for lease.

I was looking to replace my Ford Explorer with something more reliable, with better gas mileage, and more features. The 2017 Subaru Foresters caught my attention and my boyfriend, who loves Subaru, insisted I try one out because he knew I'd love it. He was right! We arrived at Ganely Subaru East about 20 minutes before they closed on a Monday night. Brad didn't seem bothered by our late arrival and was, in fact, more than happy to help us! They didn't have any of the Foresters I wanted specifically but we test drove a used 2015. I LOVED it! Brad was so informative and helpful before, during and after the test drive. He made us comfortable and was so funny! It was a wonderful experience dealing with him. The Forester I wanted had to be searched for so all in all it took a month for the car to arrive, but it was nobody's fault--I wasn't willing to settle for anything but what I wanted. Brad checked in throughout the month, gave me updates, was never upset or bothered when I texted him a hundred times about the car. He was fantastic and made me grateful I picked this dealership to go to instead of another. The day I picked up the car, the day after Christmas, the dealership was very busy but nobody rushed us. We never felt like they just wanted us out of the way so they could move on to the next customer. Brad took the time to show us the whole Service department and all the features in my car. He even paired my phone up for me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Besides the wait, which (as I said) was not Ganely's fault, this whole experience was perfect! I will definitely go back to Brad whenever I decide to buy another Subaru and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone!

My buying experience was excellent, beginning with a call from Hannah Benjamin to follow up on a question I had. She was informative, and was able to work out a better price on my 2018 WRX after we spoke. This all happened very quickly and efficiently, I could tell they were willing to work to earn my business! When I went to the dealership I worked with Robert Swyt, who did an amazing job of walking me through all of the technology and safety features while finance was worked out and the vehicle was detailed. He also did a nice hands-on demonstration once I took possession of the car, so I was road-ready and comfortable with my new ride immediately!

Live in Minnesota, wanted awd without the high step-in height of an SUV. Great traction and handling in snow. Was surprised how good the car is overall, however. Great handling/steering, very good ride. Nice interior, plenty of room, reasonably quiet. Power is adequate, but the chassis is so good that it is a shame it doesnt have 25 or 30 more horsepower.

I purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester Limited in November 2016 and instantly fell in love. It was a safe, quality vehicle for transporting my family. In April 2017, we were hit out of nowhere and the Forester was totaled... but my family, including my toddlers who were both in the car, walked away without bump, bruise, or scratch. The phrase "A Subaru will give its life to save yours" is more than just a slogan. It's the truth. Today I walked into Ganley Subaru looking for a replacement because I knew after an accident like that there was no other vehicle I wanted for my family. Brad was extremely friendly, fair, and accommodating and Sean was helpful as well in terms of discussing my financial options and what I was looking at price wise. I'm glad I got my car from VA Motorcars. The owner, Alex was kind and easy to work with. He's attentive but also gives you some space. He was fair on the price and not pushy about buying the car. I appreciated his service - especially since I'm a single young woman that car dealerships sometimes try to take advantage of. He even let me take the car to a mechanic to look at the car before buying since the car had an interesting past. I really appreciated working with him. Be sure to call ahead before going there so that you can be sure he's able to give you the best service because it's a small place.

Fabulous car, some downsides

To be honest, the car is great. It looks and feels great in and out. The seats are stylish and the dash is sleek and has a large touch screen (mines a Sport model). However, there are downsides. I love how cool the screen is, but not having buttons feels dangerous. I have to look down too much to hit the buttons since I can’t feel then like a regular radio/whatever. Secondly, whoever thought it was a good idea not to make he cup holders round is crazy. Half is curved, but then it’s straightens out to look like a short bullet shape. What this means is that no cup is secure and the drinks bounce around and when you learn about it it’s from spilling coffee all over in your brand new car cuz you went over train tracks. Third, the transmissions jerks sometimes when you let off the accelerator. When it downshifts you can feel the car since back as the transmission starts to stop the car when it should be saving energy by coasting. These I’m told are normal traits in the car. Lastly, the 28mpg city rating is false. I get 20 in the city driving like a grandpa. Apparently these things suck when the engine is could and my 2 miles commute sees the worst efficiency I can imagine for a brand new 4 cylinder with such a good rating. All in all though, I like it and it’s a sexy car.

Original equipment tires wore out at 20,000 miles. Replacement Uniroyal Tiger Paws went 42000 more miles. Was unable to meet factory specs for wheel alignment. Despite that replacement set of tires wore evenly. If you purchase a new Subaru require that dealership align and show you results are at factory specs before taking delivery. The radio controls are difficult to use. touch screen is insensitive in cold weather. Radio knobs taper away from you so are difficult to grasp. Overall electronics are way overly complicated. Handling is very good. I like the CVT trans. It matches the power curve of the engine. Very secure car at highway speeds. Great traction in wet/snow. Zero mechanical problems. Great carrying capacity. I am at 62000 miles and will keep the car for several more years. Remarkable fuel mileage of 34.5 MPG overall.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

This car is a crazy value for where its priced at all trim levels. With standard symmetrical all wheel drive in a compact as well as the optional eye site assist, it was hard to look else where. Mind you I live in an area where winter weather is about 4-6 months of the year. You wont win any drag races but it rides as smooth if not smoother than a full size sedan with the steering control of a sport, even in base/premium/limited levels. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru. Lloyd Henry was our salesperson- and he did a simply OUTSTANDING job. We live about 1.5 hrs from Ganley, so traveling to the dealership was a commitment, and (considering our prior experience with OTHER dealerships) a gamble. Mr Henry really has changed our experience in whole new way. Lloyd answered all of our questions and really went above and beyond to help us out in checking the vehicle over, before we ever saw it in person! We had a detailed description, close up photos, details of any dings or scratches and a detailed CarFax. Lloyd even detailed a few of the repairs that he would recommend once the purchase was complete. Very straightforward and HONEST. No surprises at Ganley, with Lloyd at the wheel. Meanwhile the other staff people were also very courteous and very helpful. We didn;t encounter any pressure or 'tactics. No push to 'upgrade' to a different vehicle. All fees and costs were plainly explained before we sat down with financing, and Lloyd even gave us an estimate on our local tax (something that a lot of salespeople overlook and us customers forget!). After the sale- we had a few courtesy calls, to be sure the transaction and customer satisfaction is well. I never write reviews, but needed to step out here. All around, an amazing experience and re-adjusted our understanding of pre-owned care sales. Thanks so much, Mr Henry!

I had a surprisingly enjoyable experience buying a car from Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford. Darren was a natural conversationalist who made the test drive both stress-free and fun. I knew in advance that I had a strong bias for the Volkswagen; after all I was bregrudingly trading in an 07 GLI only 180K miles young that I was still madly in love with only at my wife???s insistence. I suspect jealousy was high on her list of motives for this. I got the feeling that even if I wasn???t so high on the car he was selling that the experience would have been just as enjoyable. This didn???t seem like much work at all to him, but rather an enjoyable way to spend the day; meeting people, playing with features on new cars, and working in as much non-car related conversation through it as possible. He seemed to be very good at understanding what I was looking for in the car itself. When I grumpily ranted on about the distracting nature of touch-screen controls, he quickly remarked how he would play with that and talk me through; I drive. When I remarked at how I wanted my new car to still load 8 foot 2x4???s during surprise runs to Home Depot, he asked if I had brought one to test. I hadn???t, but he grabbed a measuring tape anyway. These are important things to know! (At 10 feet you have to crack the front window, but it will hold 9 foot boards if you angle them right). After I bought the car, we traded plates from my old car to the new one. My MKV front license plate holder didn???t convert to the MKVII tow hole. He forwarded ahead texts to show possible alternatives for that as well. Again, I didn???t really expect to have that much fun trading in my old car for my new one but it was a joy.

I love the car it is so much fun to drive and is great in the snow. It takes turns very well and all my lyft customers love it and tell me how great the drive is and that it shifts smoothly.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder
