I needed to get another car. I researched Subarus and found a very low mileage car at a decent price. Diego was very helpful in getting it done.

I love the AWD system. The car handles very well in snow. It handles really good no matter the road conditions. I've owned this car for 7 years and it's never left me stranded. Gets decent gas mileage. And it has great visibility. The 2014 Legacy 3.6R is overall my favorite car I've ever owned. If I had one thing I'd like to see improved, it would be to make a turbo or preferably a twin turbo version with like 450HP.

We have a 95 Legacy. The car will go anywhere. It is a safe car with the comforts of a big car. We love it....no other cars for us. Once you own one....you won't own another. : )

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Was in the market for a Subaru when I came across this car at a used car lot. Immediately purchased it that day. It's a manual transmission and the clutch is super smooth. Great on gas. The trunk space is expanded by the back seats folding down. The seats are super comfortable. The only thing that's super important is to make sure you can depress the clutch all the way. I am... Very short ha. I've driven manuals before and never had this problem. But I cannot depress the clutch all the way even at the closest seat setting. So I have to get an extension which is fine but I know next car I buy I'm checking to see. That's the only reason I gave this car 4/5 stars.

They are terrific, me and my wife when they're there again. For like car number 15. I feel like I got the best deal best people. They treat you like family. Not high pressure, they are just amazing. Alicia and Bob great business people. Where it doesn't feel like it's all business. And I'm going to continue to shop with them forever!!!!!!!

Set the scene: Two foot of snow on a Wisconsin road. Legacy rolling through it with snow coming over the hood like a pissed off snowmobile. Parked that Legacy in the garage. Popped the hood to see bottom of engine completely surrounded in sizzling snow. Closed hood and repeated this all season long with a giant smile on my face! Can't stop this car. Would buy this thing any day of the week for its AWD and power.

I had the pleasure of working with Lee and he helped me find my beautiful 2011 Acura! He was very very polite and was able to work with my budget. I also was able to trade in my Honda pilot which made the price of Acura go down, which was such a blessing. Lee also was able to work with me even though I had a hard time locating my registration papers. They were very flexible on that and quickly found multiple options for me to locate my registration papers again. I was able to take the car home same day, which was a huge blessing! Especially because I’m a caregiver and my clients and I rely on transportation.The staff was amazing very welcoming and I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need another car! So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I have bought many cars over the years and Z was by far one the greatest dealers with which I have dealt. As others have said; he was upfront with what he knew the car needs. (He has a trusted mechanic he uses to check out the cars. Not his employee, the guy where he takes his own car.) He met with us on our schedule and allowed to take the test drive alone so that we could talk openly. He even suggested getting out on the highway to see how the car handled. Once we came back we pointed out something that he had not noticed. We adjusted the price accordingly and we left with car and very happy!

I was there to purchase a car, not for myself, but for what I will call our "charity case". Joe and Phil and Truck were very understanding of the situation, and while I did not purchase a car for said charity case, they left more than a few doors open for me to do so, if it's meant to be. No pressure, nice guys, if the car is still there, I will buy it.
