Farrish Subaru review
Always great fast, efficient, thorough service from Farrish. I bought a used Subaru cross track in 2019 and Farrish has been maintaining my car ever since then. I appreciate the honesty of the technicians and their willingness to explain every little thing to me without talking down to me as a woman. I recommend them highly

King KiaReviews
King Kia review
My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.

CMA's Subaru of Winchester review
The entire experience with buying my new Subaru Outback was wonderful. From the first phone call, to driving off of the lot, they couldn't have been more accommodating and fair. The salesman who worked with me was a pleasure to work with and treated me as though I was the only customer on the lot. His name was Rick, and he was quite knowledgeable of the car and very understanding of my situation. I would definitely go back to work with him again if I ever need another vehicle. His patience with me was awesome. Thank you for a great buying experience! Customer for life, Tammy
