From our first conversations through financing and delivery, the entire process was professional, straightforward, and low-pressure. Communication was clear, our questions were answered honestly, and we always felt like the team was working with us rather than trying to push us into a decision. We did a great deal of research before purchasing, including comparing vehicles, pricing, financing, and dealerships throughout the area. In the end, we felt very comfortable choosing Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford, and the experience confirmed that decision. A few items needed to be addressed before delivery, and the dealership followed through and made sure everything was handled before we took the vehicle home. We also appreciated the help we received from the sales, finance, service, and parts teams throughout the process. Buying a new vehicle can easily become stressful, but this was one of the smoothest and most positive dealership experiences we have had.
