Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. Went in to replace a spare tire and get alignment. Didn?t have replacement tire in stock so they went somewhere nearby to get a tire for me which was great. Tire replacement and alignment took 5 hours, not great. Said that they would fix the plastic molding, but it was still damaged after the service. Overall great facilities and customer service, it just took much longer than expected

2023 Subaru Outback review
2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. We would highly recommend Westboro Toyota for great buying and service experience.

As promised, my salesman Matt had the Crosstrek ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I handed him my license and I was on the road in five minutes. When I got back, we sat down at his desk to talk. He gave me credit for the research I had done on the dealership’s website, and confirmed the details and fine print in the deal I liked. Very transparent and chill discussion. It was the same in the business office when Michelle went over the options for service plans. The hours of waiting and confusing discussions I remembered from other times I bought a car just did not happen. After Matt oriented me to the new vehicle, he invited me to come back for further instruction. He could tell there was too much new technology for me to learn in one lesson.
